Vivienne made the Hazbin Hotel characters when she was ten years old, or at least Angel Dust and Vaggie (im not sure who else) and over time made more characters and story. Surprisingly, Charlie wasn’t made first, even though she’s the main character, and pretty much everyone of the main cast was made before her. She’s been making those characters for years, and as someone who’s been there since the beginning of it, it’s really cool to see it actually become a show with real animation and voices. It started out as just art she posted and then became a big thing

9:39 Funny enough, the part of Hell that the Sinner demons(former humans) live in basically *is* their jail. Imagine being surrounded by the worst examples of humanity with no way out and nothing to stop them.
There is also the only post-credits scene in either series for this pilot that most do miss.
In this universe, lucifer, charlie's father, is a different entity than satan. This series is a sister series to the youtube exclusive series to helluva boss, taking place within the same universe, and is another epic series, well worth watching/reacting to.

The helluva boss pilot is, now, like only 2% canon, but still worth watching to get a base understanding of the core group of characters, and what they do.

So you already know about the Hazbin Hotel TV series? I think the pilot is noticeably better than the show, but watch for yourself, of course; lots of people really love it.
If you want further suggestions, there's another great animated pilot called 'Lackadaisy.' It follows the adventures of a group of bootleggers trying to keep their speakeasy open in Prohibition-era St. Louis. Also very popular.
