I'm an Engineer 2017 passed.
Did 1 year job in field engineering.
Then realised the pay is less, along with lot of travelling.
Started preparing for govt exams. Got interested in SSC. But got to know about long joining duration, exam issues.
Got to know about smooth and fast joining in banking.
This is why I started for banking, because of its fast joining and lesser exam issues.
Ofcourse, the perks and salary are also key parameters.
Also, I reside in mumbai, but I don't know marathi, hence I've to apply to a state where language is hindi/English.

The first step is to know what you want in life. Good on you for knowing it. You have a lot of time on your hands, do not waste it like others do. Even I wasted my college years a lot. Focus on the goal and make yourself better every day. You will succeed.

If exams like these which contains subjects like Maths, English and reasoning are quite prevelant, necessary for a living, for getting a Job that offers good perks, and which is a govt job then why the education system is not focusing on children right from their childhood.
I mean things like proper teaching and strengthening the fundamentals,concepts and basics of Maths and reasoning in a fun learning way. In Most of the schools around the world if you ask them about Maths they will just say OH MATHS IS SO HARD BRO.ITS NOT EASY. why it's like that because yes maths is hard but it also needs deliberate practice to give a feeling of EASY.
They say our brain is so powerful and we are most intelligent beings on the planet yet most of the people find Maths hard and boring. Preparing for these exams feels like DO OR DIE. YOU HAVE TO DO IT.YOU NEED TO DO IT. YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON 'WHY', MOTIVATION,JOB SALARY,BEING INDEPENDENT,MAKING PARENTS PROUD blah blah blah but the very idea of doing all this seems pointless yet at the end of the day promises a hefty salary and good 'comfortable' life ahead.
Moving on talking about ENGLISH. WHY DO WE NEED TO GET CONFUSED ABOUT VOCABULARY, GRAMMAR ETC. Its simple to understand that we are non-native English speakers. Or just say we still are not speakers cuz many most of us fear to SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK.

its not too late, just start, buy 2 good mock tests & work on concepts. You can do it!

But SBI removed the sectional cut off in prelims isn't it🤔🤔pls sir if u could confirm it..it would be very helpful
