Supriyo if someone is scoring 89 marks out of 250 then his marks when reduced to 75% will be 26.7% after which there would be an interview of 50 marks whose 25% will be taken. The chances of him scoring 50/50 are so rare. And if they don't get such marks in the interview they'll never clear the final cutoff hence NO SELECTION. Since final cut off was somewhere around 51 this year.
