- On my way to Folkston, GA I stopped by Waycross Extreme Car Wash, A very nice facility. Crazy enough, I was the first car to be washed for the day. Manager on duty was having issues with the pay stations booting up, so They had to manually let me in and I had to pay for my wash at the front desk.
Attends actually spent a few minutes scrubbing my car before entering the wash. After that, I had a pretty good wash and light-show.
*Interestingly enough, this wash had a prep station for customers to prep their cars, which I have never seen before.
I received the $20 Managers Special at this wash.

Nice facility, they did a good job prepping the cars, the foam spray is cool. No one was at XPT though.

Nawl, more like "Oh shiii, his wipers went off, kind of suprising when your wiping down a vehicle that is still running...I assure you he was more shooketh. You'd be surprised how many people hit the gas or don't put their car in neutral and do what we call "jump the rollers" up there. It happens it can damage your car or a person (a worker) and it's probably had happened to him before...🤷🏾♀️.

Same washes where I go but mine instead of lava shield, we have what we call a lava luster.

I actually happen to live near Folkston! Could you film a Car Wash in the Racepond area sometime? It's at a place called Southern Shine Car Wash.

Nice. I will give you a heads up, it's sometimes doesn't clean well, but a good amount of the times it does. It's right across from the Dairy Queen on US Highway 1.

I o not understand why they wipe your car down the wash has brushes that do that.The one we have here they spray it with some spray and brush it with a long handle brush.

But these guys were taking care of the bug prep.
Every wash is different, and has different prep practices.
+Mark's Reviews sometimes, a car or truck with heavy dirt has to be pressure washed down first. As that can cause scratches. Other that that, yes the brushes take care of that.
I like to wash my own I have washed and detailed my cars for years but after 2 back operations it takes me a while and the longer I walk or stand my back really starts hurting,so I take my vehicles to am automated wash and detail them when I get home.I have all kinds of car soaps,protectants,ETC along with a 10 inch and a 6 inch electric buffers.I have talked for years about starting one of these car washes.
