Hey I was just wondering on whether I should get this or enter the gungeon but I'm stuck on the decision please can someone weigh in?
These graphics are beautiful. All these halftone effects, object glows, materials, brush strokes... That's beautiful! Usually these texture-less styles end up looking unfinished and not very pleasant to look at, but this game has a nice balance to textured and untextured look.
I can certainly see how some would find these graphics to be unique and beautiful. I'm not going to hate on those people, but for me (and I would assume many, many others as well) they are a turn off. Characters are ugly and look like they're made out of Play-Doh, but the biggest issue for me is that the game is too bright and uses too much pink and purple. I actually like both of those colors a lot despite the fact that I'm a guy (especially purple), but this game really overdoes it. I don't mean to offend anyone, but it honestly looks like the game was made specifically for little girls.

I absolutely fell in love with this game after playing the demo, so I'm more than happy to see other people spreading the word about this gem.
I honestly like the style of the game, it looks pretty neat and i might check out the game myself!

Man I was sold on the art style but the depth of gameplay is incredible
1:23 I was gonna make a joke like "Oh, watch out, in the next video Connor is gonna call for seizing the means of production!" but I expected too little. That joke got me by surprise.
And the setting is definitely an unconvetional one, but one that has me interested.
Damn this looks like a game that's really up my alley. I absolutely love the art style and the gameplay looks fun. I'll definitely keep my eye on this!

I saw this on the coming soon after getting my switch a few weeks ago. Got it today and it's amazing. I've only beat the first dungeon but it's so fun.
It's basically Dilbert, and i love it. It really made me laugh more than i thought possible.
This snuck in under my radar, and it's on sale, I'm sold
its a shame this game isn't bigger. It's one of my favourites I've found this year.

I like how the art style looks like one of those cooperate artstyles (It's A LOT better than those art styles) It really fits the game. I'm going to have to buy it someday.

I just tried this game out, I loved and hated it. It was fun and silly.
But I also felt I just simply wouldn't ever die
That's kind of the mood of any job. "God won't let me die"
Try out Impostor Mode, then. It's made for people like you who seem to breeze too easily through the game. Be wary, though - you only unlock it at act 2 of the game, after a certain spoiler event. The update is free AFAIK.

I just got this game on the playststion holiday sale yesterday and im loving it! Im a big dead cells fan along with other roguelites and this is such an amazing game!

@@calebb7012 they had a whole dlc expansion planned but on twitter they were like. well. we didnt make enough to do thatr and rather than work our employees to death for no pay, we're just cancelling it
