It will have the movie cars being the lead one shown in the trailer and saying all from the company that brought you the golden globe winner: Cars! (Which I know is now true, but it’s the same thing why in the Dreamworks DVD trailers, that they say, all from the company that brought you the academy award winner Shrek, when most of the Dreamworks movies except for spirit came before Shrek) and will show scenes from cars in the trailer too. From DreamWorks’ founding in 1997 til 2006, did Universal have some sort of partnership with them before they bought it in 2016? Since they show previews for each other’s films on their VHS and DVD releases from that time

Yes, Universal had distribution rights to dreamworks vhs and dvds which is why they used their warning screen and their previews
