I just love this project and the kit too! In the states the Altoids tins are a bit bigger but I found that if you print the kit about 10% larger it’s perfect. Also these are embossed on the top but I don’t think that will be a problem because we glue things that will cover that. Thanks for the great idea!!💕

I'm so much enjoying watching this Andrea! I bought all the Winter Theme from ARTYmaze and finishing up the journal and want to start on the Altoid tin project. My printer did some funky things printing out the journal pages and I altered them, but I don't know...Last week when I printed the Altoid tin Winter theme, they printed out beautifully. My printer has a mind of it's own it seems....Rrrrr. anyway, thanks for your inspiration and talent!

If you put wax paper in the closure bit of the tin and open and close the tin a few times, it will make it much easier to do.
Oh, wax is wonderful! Wooden drawers - dresser and kitchen - always glide smoothly after getting a good rubbing with an old candle! I did that here in 1981 - they still glide when they used to stick!
These are lovely. My OH is obsessed with little tins. I wonder if I could liberate a few. 😜

SO fun to watch! I do know that Tim Holtz just put his name on that little pot of wax. I can't remember who else was selling it, before Tim, but the woman who invented it is a paper marbler out in the woods of Estacada Oregon. I've been to her studio and bought some there in the late 90's. She said to make sure to use a very tiny bit. She does fabulous papers! She came up with it to protect her papers when they are used for endpapers in hand-bound books.

(one of my new projects, not doing journals for a wk. because I got to figure out my You Tube channel and my FB settings!!!!)
