Oh my.......I would love to visit the show and the museum, but unfortunately I live in Austria/Europe........
Austria is one of the most beautiful places on the planet! I would love to be able to have the time to fly over and drive a really nice car around your country for a week. I've spent time in Belgium and loved that too, but Austria is on a different level of natural beauty. :)
@@cscorvetteify Hi Lyle, thank you very much for your kind response. Yes, Austria and also Germany and Zwitzerland are nice countries (or lets say: whole Europe) and here in Europe there is also a very big US-Car and, of course, a big Corvette fan scene👍 I have two V6 F-Bodys, a 1995 3.4L Firebird and a 2001 3.8L Camaro, both are export-models. A V8 would be cool but Austria in particular is quite high with taxes based on horsepower. A buddy had a Corvette C6 Z06 for 5 years and payed per month € 300!! Now he switched back to an 2002 TransAm WS6 that he bought in Germany from an US soldier 😄
@@baureihe151 It is a shame that the EU countries penalize performance cars with such heavy taxes--especially modern ones with low emissions and pretty excellent fuel mileage. That C6 Z06 could get 30mpg driven gently, and my '08 Range Rover Sport gets 13.5 at best, but the taxes would be markedly lower on that I'm sure. Doesn't make sense to me! :)
@@cscorvetteify not whole Europe😉 Easteurope or also our neighbour Germany is a lot cheaper with the HP taxes than Austria, ofthen 50% and more!!😮
@@baureihe151 I understand that speeding is taken very seriously in Switzerland, too. So live in Germany, Slovakia or Hungary and go DRIVE in Austria....got it! :) Lyle
Hi Lyle I will be there with my 1977 Corvette in January I am a member of NCRS I will see you there and everyone can see a one owner Corvette that I had sent's I was 16 years old and even the kids can set in the car as well as adults take pictures in it and see all the other cars

I build wrecked coaches and primary do glass and aluminum I got a couple years and I’m retiring I’d be in heaven down there building Corvettes see you in a few ❤

That is a great question! I will find out...
I spoke with the gentleman running the show, and there will be a Corvette Corral in the grass parking area. It is not a judged event in the Corral, but a place for Corvettes only to park and enjoy each other's company. Lyle :)

My taxes haven't increased since Ron.
