I’m a lefty & visually impaired (legally blind but I do retain limited light perception, though it’s only when up close. Anything beyond more than a few inches away is a blurry haze). I’m unable to drive. I don’t know of any potters near me. My husband takes me to Seagrove (a small town in NC, with lots of potters & studios) a couple times a year. It’s a day trip. I wish we could spend a few days to a week in or near Seagrove. It’s just expensive, esp on a shoestring budget.
