I just bought a 2023 Frontier S model 4x4 king cab and this thing has more bells and whistles on it than anything I have ever owned. Great "POWER" as well. I love it
I have purchased 2 new frontiers and loved them both, I had a 2012 sv king cab 4x4 that I paid 25 000 out the door for, I sold it and got an exact copy a 2018 so king cab 4x4 ,the price had went up to 27,800 ,I was considering another new one and see it's went up and the s model would work fine for me, I could care less about power mirrors or windows and technology pkg, I am fine with the v6 and 4x4 so it looks like a good buy still and a lot better deal then the Toyota or Ford maverick and others.i have looked at.
Manual Side mirror really, are we in 1950s? I have seen cars with manual mirror adjustments but one can do from inside. Nissan needs to make good on this.
can you confirm the DRL option for this trim? i have read somewhere that the DRL for type A headlight set up (like the trim on the video) is in the fog lights.
I just checked on an in stock unit that we have now. It has the Auto setting but no fog light switch. Sorry for the delayed response. It also has technology package with has high beam assist which needs the auto setting.
@Robert Tucker. I am undecided on S vs SV. And 2x4 vs. 4x4. I can afford any of these trucks. But I do not see the value added for me. My concern in safety first, then reliability and comfort as we spend a lot of time on Interstate 10 between San Antonio and Phoenix. In your opinion, if money was not a concern, would you pick the SV 4x4 iver over the S 2x4? Why?
If you don't need four-wheel drive the four-wheel drive option probably isn't necessary plus you would lose maybe a mile per gallon overall. You can get the technology package on either one so I would recommend that for your safety needs. I hope you find the right one for you. The sv model would just add some comfort options. Power seats extra usb etc
Very good truck I just can’t see the money people window sticker is 35K but dealer mark ups and once you walk out of the finance room that truck will cost you nearly 55 grand for a base model mini truck come on dealerships get real on prices people ain’t going to buy anymore
You could not fob-lock it (to check the tailgate lock) because the truck was running. And the engine was not in the last generation for the most part, it was introduced last year in the previous shell. Same with the transmission, it's rather new too. Sad it only gets 20 mpg tho. As gas climbs to $4/gallon, these smaller trucks need to get 25 mpg.
Trucks now day's a working man can't afford them....we gotta buy some old beater just to work out of....the new trucks now day's are for the rich boy's to drive to Starbucks and grab a smoothie......🤣🤣🤣
I love my Tacoma hate to get rid of it but road salt doesn't care what you're driving around. Metal is metal and they only last 10 years. That's why I'm getting rid of mine.

I bought this exact truck color and all a few months ago. Absolutely love it! Awesome truck

so for 35k and no led headlights? and they have manual mirrors? i dont think ill buy this any more
Its a base model truck ffs, what else are you gonna bitch about? Didnt come with leather ? 🤣🤣🤣

How would Nissan make “goon” on this?
The LED headlights on the higher trims look so much better. Hard to believe such a base truck is $35K now.
I was thinking the same thing. I just put a deposit down on one and this makes me reconsider.
COVID-19 and car chip shortages are the reason

Dear Baby Jesus…. Please let me win the lottery so I can get this truck! Amen.

Dealerships are marking them up over the MSRP making out of reach for the working man
It should be illegal for them
To mark up.
Ot does not have a locking rear tail gate???dude.
I like nissan. But.. tacoma sr 4x4 v6 double cab is same price. Toyota is known to last longer.

Why do almost all the reviewers call the S, the base model. It’s not the base model! It’s the base trim level.
Msrp?
Yes but sold over a year ago
I want Mexican chrome
All that unnecessary tech but no power windows
It has power windows...
