@@peterrenner7468 no, but i have been involved with Tibetan Buddhism since 1996 in Wisconsin's Dharmadhatu. And I am constantly curious to know more. I was very happy to have finally heard the Nechung Medium, through the translation.

Fortune tellers/astrologers read one's fortune/life from movements of the stars/planets. Oracles however invoke these forces. There are good oracles but also malevolent ones like dogyal aka shugden one must avoid at all costs
Please dont be so incredibly ignorant. You only harm yourself saying such ridiculous things. You may remember it was Nechung who told Dalai Lama to stay in Lhasa but it was Dorje Shugdan who advised him to leave giving him the exact date and time. Also Dorje Shugdan is not an oracle, he is Dharma Protector - VERY different things

@@leongsam5197 Thank you for your concern but I will stay with my time served personal experience having had the Wisdom Buddha Dorje Shugdan as my Dharma Protector for over 25 years. It really doesn't take a lot of careful consideration to see how DS is obviously not an evil spirit. The wisdom sword, monks robes, louts and sun cushion - Literally EVRYTHING about his appearance is teaching the Buddhist path - However rather than just blindly believe negative nonsense from people on the internet and having checked and watched carefully myself for over quarter of a century I see ZERO evidence that DS is not the clear light mind of Je Tsongkhapa appearing as a Dharma Protector. This is just my own direct experience of course - Im sure you many examples and proofs of your assertions? . . . or perhaps this is just your view based on your 'experience' of reading stuff online ? @@techgaming1237 I can answer this question for you though I am a Hindu tantrika. Buddhists believe in rebirth and one will take many rebirths while caught in the endless cycle of samsara. However, this cycle can be broken and one will no longer take rebirth when one has achieved liberation aka "mokshsa". Rebirth is one of the base/foundational teachings of "buddhism".

There is no need for all the words. Consciousness is not limited to normal states of awareness and unawareness of the social structured consciousness. Still the mind and experience the greater consciousness. Easy, if you are not stupid.

I am tibetan. I believe in kindness and compassion to ALL LIVING BEINGS, WAT I don't understand is why we as in tibetan hate DORJEE SHUGDEN SOOOO much, Where they're beaten and tortured to death. Didn't hIs holiness the 14th dalai Lama say be kind and show compassion. FIX YOURSELF BEFORE POINTING FINGERS.
Remember not everyone will act with kindness and compassion regardless of the teaching from HH. In terms of Dorjee, Shugden, it is a complicated issue that people like us would not understand, I would rather leave it to the experts, just do your thing and be kind and compassionate toward others.

I don’t think everyone hates them. I have seen people sympathize with them. I believe they should be left alone with their belief however I disagree with some of the Dorjee Shugden members stance of being Gyami gyugkhyi. People who do that irrespective of Dorjee Shugden or not are རྒྱལ་ཁབ་རྒྱབ་གཏོད་བྱས་ཁན་དང་བོད་ལ་རྩེ་བ་མེད་ཁན and people like this should never be forgiven.

@@JS-pe5uu I mean as in there is clearly a male priestly hirachy from the dala lama downwards, its about as far from Buddhas teachings as you can get. It's more representative of the Abrahamic traditions.
@@MassiveLib It’s mostly because (at least among normal folks) until recently nuns couldn’t officially get monastic degrees. However, there were first nun graduates that obtained Geshe tittle few years back. I think change is coming but it won’t be evident for a long time, hopefully soon we see more nuns in the higher ranks.
