Been working on skills recently a lot. So what my mechs and weapons can do, the range, reload, matching the ability with the weapon reload, good positioning. And of course spacial awareness. I do struggle though with my judgement sometimes. Like should have spawned a surge instead of a nomad when the enemy had deathwalker. Stuff like that

Yes cpc requires more skill, yet it is not up to you if it’s going to be a win or lose, that’s for most part the AI bots who decide. Ive had a lot of cpc matches with none of my bots taking any beacons or kills at all.
This was a custom match with other players though.
