Your book is one of the best because it explains the role of fascia in movement, injury, and athletic performance in plain relatable terms. Hopefully those in the field of Athletic Performance and Sport Medicine will venture beyond past understanding & indoctrination to embrace this information (can't say it is new or not established anymore, the research is there).
