Heavy and engaging talk and explanations and interchange! ... mind stretching.
Only because of this episode, and these men introducing and recommending this book, now I want to read it... (give it a try, anyway).
This episode (and all these Classics series) illustrate two C.S. Lewis (I think) observations... in effect:
    * The "Classics" are "classic", and often "accessible" to "regular" people (like me), because of the authors' ability and genius to communicate their profound ideas so clearly in such (often) "simple" language (right?)
    * The more "deep" theological or doctrinal type books can often have the effect of being much more warm and devotional, than actual "devotional" type books.
... some trenchant comments by John Snyder...
"...asking questions of the book [or Bible passages as he's said before] that it's not attempting to answer. That's always a popular way to get a wrong answer."
"...some questions to ask ourselves...if we could be as critical in our own thinking of ourselves as we are of Anselm we'd probably be doing well."
Thanks all for all the time and effort and hard work and sacrifice to make this episode!
