I've spoken before about some more visible signs that you're in an unhealthy work environment, but I thought today it would be helpful to share those sneaky little signs. In this video, I'm going to share those "wolf in sheep's clothing" signs that you're in an unhealthy work environment, which leave us feeling disoriented and wondering if we're the problem, because our bosses and employers seem super supportive but something still doesn't feel right.
I hope this video helps you feel empowered to catch those unhealthy signs more accurately so you can be equipped to navigate them well.

Thank you so much! This was super helpful!!! It feels good to objectively be able to identify these aspects (that're some times hard to put words to), but are nonetheless contributing to us possibly not feeling so great about our work environment. This was so thoughtful of you (and well spoken) to put this together. I would absolutely love a video on how to deal with this stuff...oh, I would say another sign or signs could be feeling fearful to bring up complaints and noticing other employees being fearful....leading to isolation and thinking we are the problem...also high employee turnover. Thanks, again.

Thanks for the great video. Been dealing with a lot of the same issues at my work and can relate to a ton of it. Been transitioning into private practice and have found your videos very helpful.

This is the one of the brand new topic that I believe not many people mentions about , thanks for sharing your thought

Interesting and helpful to acknowledge some of these issues that sort of swim below the surface. I especially agree with the concept that words mean things and language matters. I shot you an email about a similarly unhelpful habit the profession has towards newer clinicians a while back but never heard anything. Would be interested in hearing your thoughts.

Wondering if the word you're looking for was "fatalism" ?
