You know they're gonna make him the Versus XIII version of Prompto, since Nomura is very passionate about it and bitter that Square threw away his plans. There's no way in hell he'll be the Master of Masters, you can't have Luxord the driver for Yozora and make the other we know nothing about another Obito Uchiha reveal. It's ridiculous when Demyx is silly and MoM messes with people and claim it be the same person. Nomura wouldn't be that obvious.
maybe we'll see demyx appear in the ending of dark road or something, dunno about luxord though but considering he had that scene with luxu in re:mind, along with the wild card he gave sora and him maybe being yozora's driver, it's obvious he's being set up to be super important in the future
I wish Demyx can join the other Organizations 13 because he still a Organization after the Guardians of Lights got Terra and Xion back and I just hope he return to them as he still have his weapon and water powers in Kingdom Hearts 4

I personally don't think they would use the whole Tobi/Obito Uchiha thing for Demyx, it would be pretty dumb since MoM retains his original body unlike Luxu, and he towers everyone in the cast.
