I started shifting into soul some time ago, the pain went away, the addictive energy faded- finally! I started aligning with present moment and soul energy. I noticed the birds singing, the wind, the cars driving by, all people talking around me😅Your comment about ’a rubber band’ helped me to start balancing the very active heart chakra😊I just directed all the energy back to me and now this ’soul olympics’ is perfect😃because this soul alignment and staying in the present moment is quite hard work actually and requires dicipline. I suggest to put in place a meditation regime, aligning with soul, in the morning and at night. And in between aligning with present moment and balancing the energy constantly. I ’designed’ boxes for my mind thoughts and feelings- I put my thoughts and feelings into those boxes and only take them out when I need them. Rest of the time I try to stay in soul. But it really is hard work. My other self has now started to appear in dreams and through the syncronicities- I say thank you mind for reminding me but I need to balance more😊this is where I am at right now. No pain, just trust and balancing. My soul has started to bring in more beautiful things and people aswell. I have been following this channel, thank you!Do you have meditations?Have a great day!❤

before i watch the whole video i would like to share 2 experiences of my own. When you say your soul knew about this. I had 2 experiences relating to that
1) I always felt a kind of a void. often asking myself "is this all there is to life? is life truly this routinely mundane? I kept having this feeling that there was more, more, but that more always felt kind of just out of reach
2) I started randomly seeing things online about twin flames sometime late in the year 2016 (a full 6 years before i met my counterpart. The coincidental thing about that is during 2016 I was struggling with a karmic relationship situation which i had recently gotten into, knowing in my heart that it would end.. and simultaneously from what he mentioned, he too was nearing the end of his karmic relationship, again he was in it for 6 years.
3) Then late 2021 , just a year before i met my counterpart, I found myself frequenting a cafe just down the road from his home, and I would actually pass by the apartments where he lives, and for some strange reason I would stare at the building thinking "I wonder who lives here" it was a constant question in my mind, even when I was at my own home I would be thinking about those apartments asking myself "I wonder who lives there" .. When i finally met him and while talking generally abt where we live and stuff he told me he lives nearby in the apartments, and i knew, just knew which ones he was talking about. I pestered him for while to show me where he lives, I would randomly point at any apartment in the area and ask him , do you live here? and he found it hilarious, he would ask me "are you planning to stalk me?" and i would reply with "i'm just curious" I didnt let up, for the first month after we started talking , then finally one evening he showed me. It was exactly where i passed by wondering who lives there, and its several blocks of apartments on either side of the road, and i would always look to my left as i drove past and wonder who lives there, and trust me when i say, we drove past that street and he pointed at a block of apartments on the left side of the road!!
Every time he comes back in he tips me over so bad. And I always let him back in when I’m in such a good place. And he tips me over every time and it’s so bad I don’t get out of bed for days or even go to work. It’s exhausting. I was so scared to just let him go.
But your videos are making me stronger. I have to just let him go. I get closer and closer to soul alignment everyday I feel it in everything I am doing and how my life has shifted so much.
But he continues to tip me over and now I know what I have to do! But I feel like I can finally do it. Now I fully understand him going off to awaken is what needs to happen no matter how long it takes. It will continue to be hell otherwise! 😭
They only tip us over when we still have fears to release, hence why he is coming in. You can place boundaries down though, not for him but for yourself. You don’t have to see him. Disconnecting from 3D is the space where we do lots of energetic shifting. Don’t be afraid of the space, it’s the best thing for you both 🥰

Your videos have given me more peace than anything else I’ve seen. Gone crazy looking for answers spent all my money and now I’m sorry because I’d love to get your content. I believe you’re on the right track. I’ve seen so much in the other person and myself but your content helped me understand why it’s so important it’s me first my soul. That kinda hurts because I want to love them but I have always loved others more than myself I forgot how. Rejected by my brothers so young all I wanted was to be accepted. Dear Kathleen. Your videos are so incredibly helpful. Today I realize that I am in struggling. My personal problem is always the question if he is really my dual soul (I always say dualsoul ) . I can live with the fact that we can't become a couple in this life (he lives on the other side of the world, we don't speak the same language and he is 13 years younger... especially since he is a breathtakingly beautiful man that women run after and I am the exact opposite. So it was clear from the beginning that I will only get friendship here in 3D. In the astral realms other things happen between us. And in my dreams we are close to each other :) ).
Still, I keep doubting that a man like him could be my dualsoul/twinflame. this is my test in this matter... so one of the tests I get for years more or less non-stop hahaha
I know in the end i will only know the truth when i am full in my soul. But that was exactly the reason for a long time to not want to be connected to my soul, for fear of the truth, you understand....
Nevertheless, I recently decided to start trusting my soul again. Mainly because I long for nothing more than simply peace. i have cried enough hahaha Since then, very interesting things have happened. I manage to stay in my inner peace for the most part. and come into to stop being so obsessed with him.
Your videos are an important companion for me at the moment. Not that I don't already know a lot of these things, but your voice and everything you say is very soothing and comfortable for me. (but you explain things again much better for me - even if my English is not the best, but with subtitle translation it works very well hahaha - and you say some things I did not know! :) )
I don't know the Samadhi films, but I have picked them out on Yt and my husband and I will watch them ( yep, I am married, its an good relationship, we are very harmonious and my husband knows all ).

And yes my husband knows everything, but also the other man... This one has already asked himself what is this connection that we have. Although he is Psychic (that's one of the interesting things about him, he has gifts I've been wishing for many years...) he doesn't know any more than I do. Just that we have a connection....
My husband would only wish that I would stop being sad hahaha But I know that Everything has its justification and tears can be healing too....

I found this to be really beneficial. *Soul olympics-when i was younger I had the olympics as a potential futute...lottle did i know it would be for my soul & not a sport * lotus was the name of my dog, whom I knew was a spirit guide...ive been really feeling into the energy that its my time to bloom & be the flower myself *it brings me continued great relief to know the pressure & responsibility isnt on me to call in my twin, thats the role of the DM...ive had this backwards 4 most my life..as this has come into my awareness more & more to go in, its gratifying that i can finally live my life & lean into 'myself.'
Correct me if im wrong, yet i believe u were stating that to stay out of the lower vibrations, we must not drink alcohol & avoid certain foods?
It's not that you can't drink alcohol, you need to work out what resonates with you. I still drink, however I don't over do it anymore because it brings my energy down if I've had a big night. It's all about eating, drinking and exercise to keep our minds in a state of peace.

Thank you Kathleen, Anyone have any ideas? I believe I am fairly advanced on this journey, my energy is strong in my crown and third eye, I have felt what is referred to as "Pithas" in my skull, where centres of my brain relating to each chakra are being activated which go on to form one in the crown chakra, but I feel like a supernatural blanket being wrapped around my waist like a band from my naval to my beltline that seems to be moving upwards, I also feel a kind of peace in this area. I also feel it as if it is covering my face down my neck and upper chest and moving downwards. I have no idea what is happening but it is beautiful. Any information would be great. ❤🙏
I'm not 100% sure what you are experiencing, however it could be the masculine energy coming down. I have all sorts of energy shifting all the time, I now allow it and trust that it's for a greater purpose.

What do you do if family members interfere with the soul all the time? With them, I'm not with my soul.
Although been trying for a long time to respond to them from a high-vibe perspective and detach all the time.
After connecting with them, I need a lot to come to my soul again.
I can't leave home, we share a home together.
You get to decide what energy you allow into your life. Look at everyone around you as a "soul" on their own journey. When we detach from the human aspect it becomes easier to navigate.
