Really Thank you Nicholas!! I am from Argentina and yes I am doing my thesis for posgraduate, is not important here what I am studying but you are right about the stress management. I began the gym in pandemic times, and has functioned for me. Also doing some arts drawings, and going to cinema, and sometimes going to take a cup of coffee. Now I am planing to next week to go at least 1 day per week to write my thesis in a coffee to change the routine. Many Thanks for your work!!
