Ricers haha
What made you decide to go to Thailand
I just used this for my wife. Thank you.
I see why Thai people are always so darn happy. They just do what what ever they want that makes them happy.
They build the coolest stuff over there. It's kind of like Thailand is the torch of freedom in the world today
Just when we thought we've seen the depths of Thailand's insane modification culture you spring this on us! Given the current situation we really appreciate you providing some incredible content that we would otherwise never be able to see. Hope 2022 brings another successful year for CB Media!
I second this
What’s the current situation if you don’t mind me asking?
@@HashMaster1776 - The situation being it's near impossible to travel to Thailand or anywhere in Southeast Asia to see anything for ourselves
@@asiamotorsportnetwork703 is it? I can travel back and forth from India and Costa Rica no problem
Couldn't imagine running a channel but watching others to steal content.
I am in love with Thailand because most of these cars are not from the factory but are made by hand it makes it look charming
Bro these car / ricer guys took this “ricer” title to a next level. Love these❤️❤️
They gay'd tf out of it!! That thing looks like what the "Smooth Brony-Bois" would climb into, to get their bottom surgery. 😆😂🤣
Actually I think this might be where the term "Ricer" or "rice rocket" originated lol
@@MAGGOT_VOMIT
U gay af
There has never been more a ricer mobile
@@anuchauathasom4566 Ummm......no.
That must be what you yell at your mirror every morning, Bronie-Boi!! 😆😂🤣
The Thai culture of rice and absolute artisan, over the top ways is something that shows ingenuity never comes from control, rather empowerment! Great video, Chad!
These are some seriously cool machines! Beautiful custom work.
They turned that tractor, gay af!! 😆😂🤣

Thai people are nothing if not truly creative, talented and colourful ! That was awesome, I loved it Chad, thanks. It looked like a lot of fun to try too.

Please make sure you let them know how much we appreciate them, for allowing you to film and ride their ricers, for us to enjoy!
I so want to visit Thailand! They seam like the only nation that likes to modify and hot rod as much as we do in the USA. I have to visit some time just to have a good time and meet some people there. And thanks a lot for all these videos showing some of the awesome stuff they do in Thailand!
Thanks for watching dude 🙏🏻
@@CBMedia404 Thank you for all the interesting videos. I do appreciate them.
ยินดีต้อนรับเสมอคับ😊😊😊
was so cool riding in the long tail boats there, they’d all rev their engine showing off to each other and everything was totally custom on our boats engine
The Thais are so ingenious and artistic with the way they do things.
The Thai craftsmanship is second to none. That was pretty cool. 👍
"What is the point of this Titanium bar? ... Whatever, it looks cool"
I have a feeling that *IS* the point. 🤣👍
These things totally look like something taken straight out some scifi movie... Absolutely insane stuff! 🤯
This is one of your Coolest videos ever! Most of us never even imagined such a vehicle exists. Kudos to the Thai people who designed and engineered this.
I love the laughter from the galleries when Chad stalled it in the mud, good stuff.
" Only in Thailand" brought to you by CB Media one of a kind for original content..👍😎
This is beautiful. Rice farmers that have such passion in engines and serious modifications. Thailand people really must be something else
I'm so happy Chad that you from now on will keep this channel as a pure rice-tractor addicted channel, and with a few sleeping dogs too.🙂
You're not even telling foreigners about the new Thailand discoveries. But you also gave a Thai like me new perspectives. I had no idea a combine harvester could be so frivolously decorated.
Chad , rice Paddy tractors are quite common but Insanely expensive from Japan. These machines are cheaper to build new here than to buy a second hand (used) machine and import.
These normally have skinny super tall tires and wheels, rubber tires are rare here and rediculous expensive .
The tracks are local made and not expensive, hydraulic systems here are very cheap and there are tons of engineers to spec.
Tracks are thin to minimize damage to field and maximize yeilds.
About power it would be SHP , shaft horsepower, basically "@flywheel".
Industrial engines are built for industry and don't have transmission so power level is SHP .
appreciate this
Almost all industrial engines are hooked up to transmissions.
as a heavy technician with a specialty in agri equipment, these things are amazing.
Thailand does not F around bro. Those are bad ass. The world needs more stuff from Thailand. The level of craftsmanship from the Thai people I’ve seen on this channel rivals anyplace in the world.
Chad always goes out his way to give us the content that nobody else thinks about. Thank You!
I live in Thailand whole my life but I've never seen badass machine like those beasts.
From history as I known Thai ancestors had highly skill in engineering. But for living in tropical zone , so , agriculture , food and travel must be the main work of country. Rarely see work in industrial. Recently, a group of Thai students have just got runner-up world champion in the making rescue robots competition (Japan is world champion , Germany is 3rd) It shows that Thai people have high engineering potential but rarely use it and lack of supportor.
Yes
Btw they also began to build their own military equipment like armored car Chaiseri 4x4 first win that is also being licensed produced in Malaysia, the Panus R800 APC, the AAPS which are currently being adopted by the Thai marines. If the Thai government continue to support its domestically made products i'm sure they can go even further.
@@i_nameless_i-jgsdfYou also need to consider the resources used to create it. This does not include maintenance costs. Thailand is not a superpower like America or China that has a large military budget. And Thailand is neutral like Switzerland, not conflicting with anyone.
@@lazaruz4096
Ok, so what about it ? South Korea, despite not being a superpower, stands out as one of the largest arms exporters globally, an impressive feat considering its landmass is comparable to that of Kentucky and Indiana combined-roughly five times smaller than Thailand. It's proof that size isn't everything in today's world. Even in times of peace, resource availability isn't a limiting factor, as countries can procure what they need from global markets. Take Japan, for instance. Despite being an island nation with limited resources, Japan's self-defense forces effectively utilize domestically-produced weapons across various platforms, from tanks to aircraft and warships.
While Thailand maintains its neutrality, it hasn't hindered them from developing their own military technology or seeking to export their homegrown weapons. This self-reliance is commendable and offers Thailand greater autonomy in its defense capabilities, reducing dependence on foreign imports-a strategic move that strengthens their national security

Needs a bigger turbski, all that coal represents wasted horsepower. But the custom fabrication is out of this world! You can really tell these guys take a lot of pride in what they do.
Another awesome video, Chad! Please keep up the great work dude!
Well said.
It’s not the turbo the smaller it is the better the spool up is it needs a clean tune to make it not roll coal hints why big turbo diesel trucks roll so much coal is because they have so much lag time don’t say something if you don’t know anything about diesel or turbo for that matter
@@gaberichen3332 they don’t know anything they just know big turbo make big power
@@gaberichen3332 or heard
@@gaberichen3332 I really don’t think you understand how hard it would be to tune it if these tractors so no shit it’s gonna be rollin coal
That's such a cool machine! And the unicorns and rainbows is great! And the Thai folks ain't the only ones that like to hot rod their tractors, on the ranch I worked on 10 years ago I had the ol 1976 John Deere 4430 turned up a bit and straight piped with a chrome stack!
Long boats are crazy. Those are just amazing. A vehicle perfectly designed for its unique job and then made glorious.
Chad -- These things give a whole new meaning to the term 'Ricer'... it's LITTERALLY a true Ricer!
Pretty cool! I love it.
Brings new meaning to the term ricer 😂. What a different and awesome video. Thanks again for entertaining me Chad!
They really build engines well, and add so much good looking parts to them
I run a variety of tracked machines, but nothing that sweet and flashy.
Very cool.
The fields must be rockin when they are putting in those crazy long days, in style.
My favorite part (besides the pony stickers) is the fact that these aren't one-off custom machines "inspired by" rice tractors, these are farm machines. That sparkle pony mobile with a full custom motor and power train is an actual piece of agricultural machinery out there turning diesel into food. So cool.
That was a fantastic video chad and takes the only in Thailand story to another level
We need more of this stuff it is fantastic
You can see why the tracks with all that mud
Looks like you had a really good day there
Cheers man 😂😂👍👍👍
Being a tractor man myself 200hp is alot! Keep up the great videos!
As someone who drives a tractor In Minnesota plowing snow in town I defiantly can take off faster than most cars. I even pass slow drivers in snow going 27mph
The people of Thailand are creative af!
The birth of a new CB media classic , great stuff Chad !
Thanks Stefan 🤘🏻
If you have a boring job…You might as well have fun while doing it! 😄 Bravo you crazy people!! 👍
Whoever said chores were tedious by definition never tried the right equipment.
Thai people are the best inventors who can't lose their nation in the world. Made in Thailand 100% 🤘🏿🖤🙏🏻🇹🇭🧡
the engines look so cool with the exhausts and vibrant colors lol
Those tractors are so rad!!! Super cool looking and artistic.
Holy shit I saw the thumbnail and assumed it was a pleasure vehicle or for racing....How sick that these dudes are out in the field working with these beasts. What a great culture.
Awesome builds, fellow gearheads! Much love from Tennessee!
I absolutely love their creativity and the beauty they put in to their machine's
Thailands custom automotives are really really cool.. im happy to be a neighbouring country to them

What a wild piece of machinery! Who would have thought? Thanks Chad, always great and funny content!😁👍
I grew on farms and that's a cleanest craziest farm equipment I've seen.
That is some insane fabrication work, such a functional machine too. Seriously impressed by Thai engineers 👌👍💪
most of the work like this isn't even trained engineers. it's just what they do. Like when i first went to my wifes village and saw my father in law's rice plough and had a go of that and saw some ancient hand made rifle I was blown away, Then we visited her best friend, Pook's father is a rice farmer and he made a flat bed truck from just an engine. really bad welding. odd bars and random lengths of steel. windows taken from 3 cars etc etc.. and totally road legal over there and this creation ran as good as any other truck commercially produced in the late 50's early 60's, if not BETTER.. I saw so many cool engineering on sidecars and adaptations i always ask how much and the answer most of the time is "free, no money" "he make" I will live there one day for the pure freedom to do what you like with any vehicle. most of which is illegal in UK
Just makes me want to see Thailand even more....
Asian custom machine culture is on another level. I remember stumbling on a custom bike show in Bali some years ago and seeing some superb examples of custom bikes that would never be considered for modification elsewhere. My favourite was a barely recognisable Honda C90 step through lowrider. I'm an engineer who used to run a bike shop and I was seriously impressed.
They really build some awesome things in Thailand!
Those things are insane but great workmanship. Top video Chad. 👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺
This why I love love Thailand and it's culture and people they don't need Lambos to have fun and enjoy their life
Great content, Chad, you really up the game with your creativity.
Sorry to say, I did chuckle when you stalled that thing and the women in the background started cackling lol
Bravo.
If it wasn't for Farmers we would all starve. Great video and fantastic machines.
One of your best videos for 2021. My golly, so cool!!

Always love an honest journalist. “I don’t know anything about rice or tractors.” Haha
Before 1990 everything was built from parts, sourced from Japan used market, cut up and shipped to Thailand.
Medium and heavy trucks were made from drivetrains bought used from Japan.
Even today you can not import a bus.
Axles are imported and drive line imported, then built here in Thailand.
They still make buses here in Australia this way, chassis are made in Brazil, shipped to Australia and then lengthened and then a body is made by hand on top. You can get cheap imported buses from China or other countries but they're not customised for our regulations or as good quality. Also we still make some heavy trucks here from scratch so our auto industry isn't completely dead.
One of the most wonderful pieces of machinery I have ever seen!
As usual, Chad bringing epic content. What’s cool about CB media is that he’s an enthusiast bringing to you real enthusiast builds Loaded with titanium and turbos on all his vids. Oh ya and he doesn’t know Sh!t about rice 🤣 ✌️🇨🇦🔧🏁🚗💨

Hey man, I know a little about tractors but nothing about growing rice. Ur not alone on this one.
That is one of the best machines I've seen in years. If you know, Rice planting & harvesting is back breaking work. Wow " What a machine".!!. As a matter of interest, how much does he sell them for ?.
Interior of their tractors being based on anime like Cowboy Bebop is hilarious and awesome.
😄 the ladies started laughing when he stalled out in the mud, damn PX riding on top with Chad driving you crazy! I think we need Chad to build one of these and Americanize it with machine gun turrets to turn it into an assault drone type vehicle
This is probably one my favorite videos I've watched of yours. Those are really cool!
Would not have thought i would like rice farming tractors, turns out they are awesome.. 👍
only a few videos back i made a comment about the custom vip buses and the airbrush murals they have on them, i added further about another crazy custom scene invovling rice harvesters. i joked i bet you could find them racing these... Among some of the most original content on youtube. Awesome stuff
Looking at the past video where you shown one of those rice tractors it was pretty obvious that you couldn't resist to try one. The level of detailing in those machines is rather insane. Next step is to go to a race and show.
Love your channel. One of the best on YT!
"People in Thailand love to modify anything with an engine" - I approved this.
Lol they are making sure work never gets boring
Ricers in Thailand get more for their Rice than Ricers in Japan!? thats some serious machinery for such humble people and prob shows Japan needs more Thai spirit, nowhow and ideas. Thais take JPN machinery and make it go many notches up into the stratosphere. Manual custom skills are top notch there.
Remarkable purpose built machines! Dang I love Thailand!
That was awesome Chad, I need one of those for my mother in laws rice paddy lol
