VGED: Intro to the GED Formula Sheet

The fifth video in the VGED Algebra series, designed to teach GED students the fundamentals of algebra.
The GED formula sheet is a fabulous tool provided by the testing service. However, it will only help you if you know how to use it. Follow along with other GED students as Kate shows you how to use the formula sheet in perimeter and area problems of low to medium complexity.

Instead of messing with the the improper fraction and trying to figure out how to convert it on the culculater, I just converted the fractions into decimals before starting to solve it. And got the same answer.

Mam, in question number 2, you wrote the area was 45 square centimeters, but you wrote the length of the rectangle was 6 inches. So should the answer be in inches or centimeters?
