On a new permission spread over 2 separate days controlling rabbit numbers. Day 1 consisted of FAC power using the FX Impact.
Day 2 consisted of a more walk and stalk with a sub 12 Air Arms S510 .177 Ultimate Sporter.

Good shooting guys, I shoot often in the same horse fields by permission. The horses do follow me about a bit they have got used to the click of the weihrauch bpk 177. But i worked out these bunnies keep close to the horses due to feeling safe of predators at night. So I walk beside the horse and the bunnies tend not to realise. Goodnight all round , thank you for the footage

Great video and shooting! Question: Is S510 only a sub 12 gun or can you open the regulator for more power?
It is a sub 12 air rifle and I'm sure it could shoot a little over sub 12 because the standard hammer spring is quite soft. That would need to be upgraded.
The US S510 gets up to 32 fpe
@@donaldlundy345 I can imagine there will be a couple of small tweaks such as heavier hammer spring etc. I don't know the full ins and outs but the sub 12 version has a really soft hammer spring.

Great video and excellent shooting I'm thinking that Chris is hooked on airguns now, and you guys did great on the rabbits and if the horses wouldn't have been there you would have had even higher numbers of rabbits. Cheers brother
Yeah he's just bought himself a BSA R12 as he got bored of waiting for his brand new R10 to be repaired. I think he's made a good choice.

He’s traded the R10 in for the new R12 CLX.
how did you go about getting your permit as struggling find one close to wigan
Sometimes it’s knowing someone such as a friend, but mainly I got my perms through physically asking farmers. I actually shoot on a farm in Wigan.

It's usually the case that they already have shooters there, and when you leave your contact details 99% of the time they won't contact you. Pop round again after 6 months and remind them that you're still interested if things change. Just got to keep trying.

Do you know what fps they shoot at. Just curious really I got one on your recommendation. It's a laser beam 😂😂
Glad you got one on my recommendation, you won't be disappointed with it. Mine is currently shooting approx 785fps with 8.4gr Air Arms pellets which is about 11.5ft/lbs.
@@lancsvermincontrol exactly the same pellets I got with the rifle. Yet to do a test with others as these just do the job. If not broke dont fix it. That's fast enough for me 😂. Been taking names and numbers with it straight out the box. Feels almost to easy compared to my brack barrel cometa. Couple of my mate tried to get me to get hw100. Glad I never, not knocking them just to heavy for me. An watching the fall on your videos along with reading up on them. Shouldered it once 10 pellets at the store. An walked out with it 😂

Great shooting on the rabbits I would not think that those horses would move around at night to me that was surprising. I think I'm beginning to rabbit stew smell rabbit . I like to educate people on how if ye believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life! People are like computers; we all have a default mode. That is, we are all sinners, headed toward hell.

OK THE COMMENTS ON THE SHOOTING WERE GOOD. But what do verses in the bible have to do with hunting ? There's a time and place for everything. People like you take shyte to the extreme. You wanna preach or talk about the Creator then go to one of those sites. The gospel has nothing to do with hunting because rabbits can't read. Im quite sure in the animal kingdom they have their own animal God.
