Bison Ambush

I hadn't visited my herd since we moved them to their summer pasture last week so this morning I figured I'd drive up to the watering hole to make sure they know that I didn't skip town with a herd of cattle that I only met once at a local auction. Plus I woke up missing those wooly faces and apparently the sentiment was mutual as the video I managed to record here shows. Bison excitement and agression can share similar body language and the mamas are difficult to read when they have a calf. I was sure that I drove right into an all out ambush when they went zero to sixty upon seeing me pull up but lucky for me it was just a thunderous morning greeting for their Buffalo dad and humble caretaker.
