Hindsight is 20/20. It turns out when Star threw that cleaver at that heavy towards the end of the video, he documented an occurrence of the Cleaver critting any movement impaired player.
Airblast caused movement to be impaired, much like the Natasha or Sandman, allowing the cleaver to crit on a non-stunned target.
Feel like star always uses fem pyro mod when not recording and was thinking no one could tell when they are deformed

That sandman/cleaver combo is impossible.
There's no way I could react, aim, and fire a baseball for a hit, switch weapons, and repeat with the cleaver with that perfect accuracy and speed.

Actually, "no random crit" weapons CAN random crit, as the crit coding is in the base of the game. However, the chance is EXTREMELY small, as in 1 in 92000 or something like that, so it's rare that it will actually kill someone.

U r wrong. No random crit weapons don't random crit full stop. The cleaver crit because the heavy was airblasted which counts as a stun. The Natasha also counts as a stun. The market gardener can crit if u jump after landing and if u surf a rocket.

Not sure if I should be proud that I have had the flying ragdolls mod for more than 1 year now. I've become completely used to flying people and I don't get distracted by them.
The funny thing is that only STAR_ could see this, so everyone else on that server was giving him WTF looks while he was watching the rag dolls fly everywhere

I love the flying ragdoll mod sometimes as it kinda adds challenge... They add a distraction an' if someone got stabbed by a Spy, you wouldn't know if it happened recently as their body would be on the move XD Tried the deformed one when it first came out and....I...I like it for novelty, but wow it's too hard to play with that on.

I'm pretty sure the flying guillotine can crit players who have been airblasted. The game apparently counts "bounced around by airblast" as "stunned". If you look closely, the heavy he "randomly crit" was in fact being airblasted by a pyro.
