Nice, be nice to see the entire line
I am loving this video. While it is great to see the daily progress of the War. Seeing the monthly progression and 6 months progression brings out the strategy of the war and the strategic objectives to another level. True some areas of the front lines are largely artillery duels for many months. However when you compress the daily treeline exchanges, and the various streets exchanging sides , over the period months it brings the war to life.
Anyways, whether I speak just for myself or for many other people, I greatly appreciate you doing this video and would love to see more videos like it. Both in places where the line of contact has changed greatly and where there has been little changes. In addition perhaps you could add your opinion as where you see the line moving in say 3 months and your opinion on why the line has or has not moved over the last year in these areas.

Crazy thing is when you look at the big map and see how small of an area it is.
Its so hard to get any ground in this war.
Just ask Israeli how hard it is, they've been in gaza for half a year with no end in sight, despite fighting an enemy that has no navy, no air force or any medium or heavy vehicles and IDF completely surrounding the area.
@@BoleDaPolebut thats guerrilla warfare where everywhere is a line of contact and the enemy is everywhere amd no where at the same time. Its false to compare a guerrilla war to a symettrical war with clear lines of contact

It always start with the small crack in the defensive line.
At the outbreak of the war, the Ukrainian's forward positions were said to be just behind the perimeter of the runaway of Donetsk International Airport. The Donetsk Peoples' Militia had full control of the ruined airport terminal building.
Looks niceI actually specially followed Avdievka, but if you ask me about changes on other fronts in last year, I could hardly say, other then general Russian advance and "Robotyyne hole" where Ukrainians dug themselves in.

If its slowed down then 3 years.
The changes we have seen here during the last 3 months add up to something that is less then 5% of what was the part of the Donetzk oblast in Ukrainian control. And the Donetzk Oblast is much less then 10% of the land area which Russia would need to take to call it a sustained victory (most of the russian speeking territory and the black see secured and being close enough to Kiev, that Ukraine cannot rise to sufficient military power to be a threat). So, that was less of 0,5% of the area the Russians have to conquer.
Of cause, such things usually do not develop lineary and I am indeed convinced, that those changes are significant. But it has been a long time, since it became clear, that Ukraine ran out of options and that was no reason for the Ukrainian leadership to work on a way out of this desaster and NATO did not signal, that they may do that. So, no, those frontline changes are not sufficient evidence, that it will all be over quickly.

I think the mercenaries who came to Ukraine realized this and chose life. Mr. Zelensky behaves as if he did not have the capacity to govern by allowing himself to be manipulated by his allies. congratulations to the young Ukrainians who were there when he should have been at the front.

So if you want to compare to WW2, it’s an absolute failure. The Germans were moving through Ukraine in fifty mile chunks. They were wiping out and taking captive - hundreds of thousands at a time. And if you want to compare to Zhukov , it’s an absolute $hit show. I wouldn’t compare them though - there is no comparison. It’s the FABS
You do realize that Russia has not conscripted its general population, nor has it fully utilized its reserves having tapped into only 300k out of their 2.1 mil reserve soldiers, and this 300k was mobilized in 2022
They are using extremely small, highly elite units to attrition Ukraine with 10:1 firepower ratio, + Glide bombs, + a higher than 10:1 drone and EW capability
The goal is not to win quickly, but for Elite soldiers to slowly attrition the conscripted Ukranians many of which were drafted with no prior combat experience and dumped into the front lines with minimal training while taking negligible casualties
