Awsome way to upgrade the plain old wooly bugger!
Right?!?! Solid, too!
First thing I thought of once you showed it was a woolley bugger, then wondered if you could make a game changer. Stuff looks cool👍
The fibers on the small and medium might be a little short to get the full effect of a Game Changer.
New into tying, and not much longer learning to fly fish, really like your instruction and product series - so many ideas and techniques to learn!
Definitely quite a few fly options one could use this material for. You showed two good ones. I like the color combos, and agree that it would be nice to have different colors for the rubber legs
I love that fly fishing is getting love in the form of new products. I cant wait to make some flies for here in Texas.
Really dig the looks of that Bugger. Would love to see more colors, too.
Thank you for the video and you’re right, something about this stuff just sparks a lot of creativity. That Pat’s Rubber Legs looks absolutely insane. Definitely gonna try this stuff out!
That reminds me of lug worms we used to dig for on sandy West
Coast Beaches, when I was much younger! Thank you for sharing!!!
Thanks for watching!!
I love the woolly bugger you tied. I think it would make a crawfish.
It would make a GREAT craw!
Another great, in-depth review of this new product. I enjoyed demonstrating some uses for it. Thanks.
Thanks!
This looks cool. I have been using the Hareline "flex wrap" for wooly buggers and it is SWEET.
Definitely some buggy material! Different color options for the rubber legs would be a nice update for the material. Thanks for sharing.
I love the Pat’s rubber legs pattern, with all the additional rubber legs it’s gonna scream come get me Mr Brownie
Brian,Brian,Brian what's to say, awesome yet again, you are on the cutting edge, looks like an awesome product & Pats Rubber leg in a crawdad color OMG smallie heaven, great information & product ,tight lines 🤙
Thanks 👍
Looks like pretty cool stuff Brian. I can see a ton of uses for it. Keep the good stuff coming.
Super solid stuff!
I want to have a sweater knitted in that stuff! Be a hit at parties.
You win the internet today!! 🤣 😂😂😅
Definitely went straight to the bugger. But also remember you using to make a bumblebee pattern. Can’t wait to try some.
That was an FNF product. The FNF has shorter rubber legs than this, and the core is a regular core without the fluffy stuff.
Awesome review! Gonna have to pick some of the some small size up maybe tie wooly buggers!
I'm thinking maybe a complex twist with it....Oooo maybe, let's try! Tried it and you definitely wanna strip one side on the saddle(s) off. Super cool!!
Hahaha!! Love the comment and then the edit.🤜🤛
Cool looking stuff. Thanks for another great video.
Will have to try this with some crayfish patterns.....
Just bought some of this and I agree this stuff is very cool and versatile
Hey there Brian! You could also get a white permanent marker...I get mine off T. Then you can use it to make white lines on the black squishenille . Or use any color you like!
Never thought of that!
I remember seeing these a few times when visiting Feather Craft, I suspected they were a gimmick material and I see my first impression was wrong. Might have to grab some the next time I'm there and try it out.
I use a similar product from FNF. Very fishy stuff. If you tie it in and twist it back on itself, it will make a killer "ned rig" kinda jig fly. Smallies can't get enough of it up where I'm at. The mottled look of this stuff is great. I'll have to add some to the collection.
I'm thinking the same thing, Brian. I'm going to have to try a crawfish pattern.
Great Vid. This is awesome stuff. I used this as an under body on a James Hughes mini Fleeing Craw. With the mallard flank overbody, SICK!!
Orange and black, of course
Very cool!
Man that stuff is going to be fun to mess around with!
This is what you get when a Tarantula brush mates with mop chenille. I agree it would be nice to have more colors in the legs than black.
Still have some room on the loon bench ring. Let's change that! You can never have too many bugger variations!
Man that stuff looks cool and fun to tie with!
This stuff can be a great time saver!
FNF creeper chenille is similar they have been making it for awhile now.
Nice flies. Your woolybugger is beautyfull
Thanks!
This is a must buy!!!!
Another great product review and will need to add to my arsenal.
Thanks!
I'm headed online order some right now.
Always enjoy these type videos
More to come!
Nice easy ties. Enjoyed it.
Glad to hear it!
That’s cool stuff! I have to get some!
Interesting Squishenille 😉
I saw a fly version of a ned rig bass lure that used squishenille and knew I had to have some
Yup!
A baby crayfish with that would be great 👌
Hoping to try some of the squishy stuff soon!
Do! It's fun!
Also on another video, someone was using squishenille that had white rubber thingys.
Cool material.
It's a lot of fun....and super versatile.
🤙 that stuff looks fun!
It's pretty cool....super useful!
interesting looking material!
It is!
Nasty stuff! Ordering today! Love your videos!!
Thanks so much!
Gonna have to have some...
Pretty solid stuff...
My only pro/con dependkng on what you're trying to do with it, is it builds bulk super fast.
Right. The large especially.....it is---large.
I wonder if it would work for tying a Hughes' Fleein' Cray. Would look kinda sick!
100%

Dang I don't need more stuff but I need this stuff loll lol
Sweet new product !! Is the cost comparable to UV Polar Chenille ? Just curious. Thanks again for sharing another new product !!
David
Fisher-of-Men Fly Tying
It is roughly $1 to $1.50 more than Polar Chenille.
Love that Pat’s! What size hook was that? I’m thinking of tying some for smallmouth on the river.
That was a #4, I tie them in #6's too.
Cool
Great video
Thanks!
Hey there brother! John here. Great video! I can't wait to get my hands on some of this stuff! Where can I get it at a great price?
www.feather-craft.com/item/td176/black-legged-squishenille/1.html
The squishennile must have ate too much mcdonalds....hehehe
I will have to get me some black and hot pink
HA! Yup!
How buoyant would you think that it is? Seems like a good material for a ned rig fly for bass if it’ll keep the tail up.
I’ve been using a material very similar to this by FNF. Once it get wets its pretty heavy and hold water. Tied a few worms with the fnf material and used a piece of foam hidden under the body on the last shank section to keep the tail up like a ned rig.
@@jordanmcgowan5449 that’s what I’ve been doing sounds good
Looks exactly like fnf creeper chenille
Can we talk about that shirt? Where can I buy one?
