keep your calender open for descend on bend and Oak ridge bus fair..these nomadas are great people and will give ya tours ..and theirs allot going on all year..Peace..
That firetruck was really retro cool, but best for last was the actuated latches! That's some stellar engineering ingenuity! Did you happen to get a good look at Gordo's bus? I saw it in a couple shots. That is another engineering marvel. Thanks for the tours.
Great video! I was there and watched you shoot the fire truck tour, and at one point you caught my van in the background. Loved that last one....that bus was stunning! Safe travels, my friend....
Some great ideas from these rigs. I do lots of cooking so these comments are more focused on the kitchens on these builds. Really liked the large upright 12v compression Dometic fridge/freezer on Rig 1. Liked the full-size fridge and separate freezer and large table on slides in Rig 2. Very much liked the kitchen on Rig #3 ...I also have so many spices, vinegars, condiments, etc. so really appreciated the storage setup for the spices, vinegars, oils, etc. - that was awesome! Nice they also have an underfloor deep freeze in back. Thanks for the tours! 🚌
Three completely different living spaces! All of them have great idea! I’ve always thought that a Fire Engine would make a good conversion if it wasn’t a tanker! Thank you very much!
Are you still in Quartzsite. I am also a single RV and would like to meet and have a cup of coffee or an beer and talk about your trip. Let me know. I am on Palmosa Rd now.
@@exploringrvdude7817Wow, I am leaving Quartz and moving to Indian Girl Mine Road in Winterhavern on Thursday morning. Maybe after I get set up we can meet in Yuma
So was this part of an event wide Skooliepalooza open house day ? Or was it, as you sort of mentioned, that you pre set up these tours privately just between you and the rig owner?.
If only my partner and I were experienced builders, man those buses are sweet. Hate to go with a pre-built RV because we don’t need half the stuff they include. Wow that third bus is something else.
Most are so concerned with their profit margins that they'll skimp and go cheap on as much as possible but will still charge the full price, and it won't last very long.
Rumour has it she is still talking

Bus #3. The interior, WOW!

Awesome thing is I've seen alot of these skoolies in other videos but they're still very cool! The fire engine is a new one.

20:12 do they have a youtube channel?

I'm down in Yuma right now but will be back up there in about a week.

Even a skoolie can have a catio 😸
Yeah, I didn't notice that little detail until I was viewing the footage. A loved cat...
She must be a teacher. She speaks as though she needs to reach the kids in the back.

No, I just went up and talked to people to see if I could look at their rigs.
@@exploringrvdude7817 Awesome 👌 Good job! You have good communication skills 👍
What kind of fuel mileage do you get with the bus all outfit it and completed as yours is really curious. Appreciate the feedback looks beautiful.
❤🎉
Does he have a gun safe....my kind of build...
Yes,the buses are sweet and cool, but are just too prohibitive expensive, fuelwise.
All the regret videos have people with 80 gallons or so. No one with 200 gallons ever complains about water.
Big deal he put a washer/dryer in a bus. Anyone can put almost anything in a space. He can't use it out in the desert.
I smell jealousy, and a lot of butthurtness
I am not jealous - although my butt does hurt @@Rock-Bottem1982
Pretend Skooliepalooza
Where do you park without getting hassled by cops, security guards and meth heads?
I parked outside of the main congregation just a little ways where it was much quieter.
@@exploringrvdude7817 Thanks for messaging me
Not impressed with these three vehicles. Thank you though!
