START Verification Demonstration Production

Introductory briefing provided to delegation from the Soviet Union and Russian military inspectors as part of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START). Video was produced as a recommendation for procedures concerning START compliance of the Peacekeeper ICBM (LGM-118A).
