I Love You Holy Spirit I Love You Father I Love You Jesus Jesus is the LORD!
I was literally just having anxiety over my future and how I'm going to pay for college ( whether I get a scholarship or if I'll have 2 depend on what I make from a job I'll get.) and this notification popped up. It's midnight and I'm here doing math for how much money I need to procure and save. I haven't listened to this sermon yet, but even if I don't hear anything that I feel directly applies to me, I'm still encouraged by how God orchestrated the timing of this sermon to pop up and show me that He sees me. Thank you Father, I'm sorry for taking things into my own hands instead of casting my cares on you 🙏🏻💕🙌🏻
I'm a living testament of the truth of this message. Wish I could have applied this to my life when I was in college, however, I would not have been able to see God's mighty work in this truth. Thankful!

I think its more than that. Ive been trusting God since 2003 and still homeless since 2003. Homelessness brought me to Him. Trusting he will provide daily food and keep me safe which He has but getting out of homelessness I need to learn and do a few things. Thats what Im here to learn.

As of late I've begun to realise that Jesus owns everything that I have. He owns me and He owns the very air that I breath! The very ground that I walk on belongs to Him!
I'm even more conscientious not to litter because I KNOW that Jesus is the Maker and Creator of Heaven, Earth and the Universe! I have no right to trash his creation (Earth)!
While I do tithe 10% and a little more, Dr. Charles Stanley's sermon touched my heart. His sermon is backed by Biblical truth (God's Word). And God always makes good on His promises!
I need to abandon my overwhelming desire to be rich in this life. I don't want to be controlled by money, material possessions or pleasure. It's too stressful.
Holy Spirit help me to be a good steward with the financial resources that God has graciously given me. Help me to be grateful for what I have!
This is absolutely true! I took that test 25 years ago and God’s promise is true! He is faithful and has always provided for us!

While I am meditating on what Dr Stanley said, I was drawn to the death of Jesus. He d
never thought of running away from this most horrendous death that He had to face. He Gave up His Life, and we hold onto these Euros and Dollars as if our lives depend on them. It made my heart weep.

Though I have believed God since I was young, yet I didn't listen to him all the time. Debts so many that I lose my faith, put focus only on how I could get more money. Of course, it didn't help. Oppositely, debts increased and increased.. Until one day, God made me to emember His words and so I tried not to look at my problems, but put eyes on Him, my financial situation changed from serious negative to zero. Now, it's sufficient for my living. So amazing! His words are true. Amen.

When we pursue God,money will pursue us.Loving Him more then everything including money.This truth l can vouch for it over and over,it comes back more then promised;specifically if our motivation is nothing More then LOVE for GOD.Obeying is easier when you obey someone you Love.Oh how many miracles l can testify about this wonderful Bible Promise.When we claim all His promises of blessings and healing and more the tithing and receiving is included.

My personal testimony: my financial situation is not what you would call stable, less so from the events of 2020. During the first UK lockdown when I was out of work I finally decided to buy a bible, a small blue travel-size NIV, and read what it actually teaches over what many people teach (biblically sound teachers as well as non biblical preachers that appear on tv a lot). I used to be Buddhist, but my mother is a believer for a great many years and owns many bibles, but I knew if I just borrowed one of hers I wouldn’t stick to it (I had tried before in the past with no success), so I bought my own to give me a reason to stick with it.
I decided to start from the NT with Matthew. My memory isn’t perfect of the exact moment, but I believe it was as I was starting Luke that I decided I wanted Jesus in my life. (Maybe it was because Luke was a doctor and thought he would be more rationally minded than the other gospel authors but I can’t really say.)
Since then, my situation hasn’t really changed from that point. Yet despite this, God has faithfully, despite my many (and I mean many) shortcomings, provided for my financial needs. Giving me just enough to make ends meet, and he continues to do so even though I don’t deserve his help. Without God, my situation may very well have been worse.

@@madelinevegas8123 sorry to hear you didn't know who you were marrying before you married him. My mom married an abuser then got out. It was hard. He beat her and threatened me if I were a witness so she could divorce him. That was the requirement back then. She got her coworker to be the witness. She was happy after the divorce.

Read all of God's Word, trust Him, count your blessings and know we all give an account to God when we die.

God works all things together for good to those who love Him.
Focus on loving Him and others.

Instead of borrowing and making loans we need to pay off all bills and go cash only. This is what I am doing with my money. Let God take care of the things of God. God bless.
God has always given me what I need, I have had many wants and came to realize each and every time those wants were not needs. I thank God for all he has seen me through. I was once told to put in the work, remain faithful, put your trust in Him, let Him lead the way and He will show you that He will provide your needs. Amen.

I just watched your sermon this morning. God truly is good to us. I've spent two years agonizing over what was given to me and how it will affect my life negatively. Trying to figure it out robs me of a lot of sleep and stress brings ailments to the body. Thank you for your reminder about money. I have been in a place of being sick of hearing about money and these new churches constantly talking about money and seeds. One thing I honor Dr. Stanley for is that HIS INTEGRITY has been the grace of God in my life. It is not easy to always be different in a tongue talking, super spiritual, I’m a prophetess generation. I do not love money, I do not desire to be an entrepreneur, I do not need a title, I do not love the world. Churches today love these things so to stay balanced I always have to rely on my convictions, the Holy Spirit, and God uses people of integrity like Dr. Stanley to touch on subjects that “new church” bullies everyone into following. It’s tough to stay set apart in 2022. I’m determined to obey God according to scripture and this message helped get me out the funk. I was starting to stop giving to my church because I was so sick of hearing about what God will do and how blessed I will be. I really just love God, his people, and want to see people saved. New church has more focus on money than salvation and it hurts BUT I am reminded I still need to obey God. When I give it is as unto God. He has and will continue to honor me because He knows my heart is to please Him. I really want to honor Dr. Stanley and I pray for him often. I have not many fan crushes in the world but I ADMIRE THE GODLINESS OF DR CHARLES STANLEY. I can trust the Spirit of God in him to teach the word of God and never feel duped or that he manipulates the Word. He has walked blameless and has made impact as my other favorite Dr. Billy Graham, and Dr. Tony Evans. Thank you Father for always having a remnant of men who will stay convicted to teach the truth. I needed to hear this today and am about to give my tithe and offering first thing. He’s worthy of it and I want to see Him work in the earth that men will be saved 😭😔🙌

I can’t stress enough how true this is! The key is to trust God, not to give because you want something and then wait like an antsy child waiting for dessert. I can’t even calculate how things work out the way they do or how I have enough to help people when I do but it’s a blessing for ME to get to give. I have everything I need, always!

@@adilwise okay good question. It's because we are not under the law anymore. There are certain things that we don't do anymore in the old testament because Jesus died for our sins in the new testament and gave us a new way to live. Also it clearly states in the new testament to not give out of compulsion, decide in your heart what to give.

Finally somebody preached on tithing out of Malachi and it actually makes perfect sense. Thank you for your clarification Pastor, I will redirect some resources more towards tithing now. I have been troubled in my soul for quiet some time now, battling with what I envision for my future and what I am going through . I got a job in 2019 after so many sessions of prayers and fasting and made a promise to God to tithe if He blesses me with a job. I am deeply sadden because the whole time till now I cant remember when I paid my tithes. Many situations happening and I failed. Today I thank God for making me realise that He still cares and loves me and that He has forgiven me. And since the beginning of this year 2021, I have not been able to save or hold money and the Holy Spirit keeps talking to me all the time to tithe but I always reject that thought, even today in the morning while going to work I had the same message,. God owns it All and He knows my situation and yes , He can change it to better and even great. No more hesitation or stiffness because after all He gave me the job and the money so , I will return all to Him because He deserves it and even more. Father as you said I should test you, I will . And I know I am taking the right decision.
Every time I have given 10% something has happened. My car breaks down, I get an increased electric bill. Some situation where I had to borrow money and was in a worse situation than I was before. Both my parents died this year so I have no recourse for financial help. I love your sermons but I hate money. It has been used against me my entire life. I’ve been mocked, teased, and treated like a second class citizen by family for not having what other people have. And God isn’t going to condemn me because of money.
