Thank you for this video, as someone with ASD I like to know everything I can about places before I visit them, and I was really worried about the food, so I took notes throughout this video to bring with me. This was the most detailed video I found by far
Some additional information is that a brand new restaurant opened by Gatekeeper called the Grand Pavilion, serving seafood and chicken, and it’s in my opinion the best spot!
The French fries are a knock-off of Berardi's Famous Fries. The Berardi family had a french fry stand at Cedar Point from 1942 until 1978. There are two Berardi Restaurants. One in Sandusky and one in Huron. The food and dessert are excellent.
Frontier Inn by maverick is so good and it’s great to eat at before maverick or steel vengeance because by the time you’ve gotten on the ride your food will have settled and you won’t throw up
Thank you for your in-depth, informative report on food at Cedar Point. I am thinking about visiting next week and it has been a long time since I have been there. They have a fun bundle which includes the all-day dining plan. Definitely looks like the park has up'ed the food options and quality, to some degree.
Damn, after watching this I'm blown away by just how much they've changed dining wise since 2017. From 97 to 2017 everything was pretty much the same with slight changes here and there but a lot of this is unrecognizable now... wow.
Chickie's and Pete's with meal plan wings?!? I couldn't find meal plan wings in 2022 at CP to save my life!! Every time I went there the Chickie's and Pete's was closed, I believe. I went to CP 22 times in 2022 including 14 Halloweekend days. No other wings to be found. Unlike Kings Island where you can find wings multiple places on the meal plan.
while I really could care less about that, it was functional in the fact that it attracted GP in droves (i.e., very long lines) which in turn meant shorter lines at Farmhouse, the Chipotle place, and ripple effects for the lines at nearby Maverick and even SteVe. Without Chick-fil-A, I fear that the wait times for Farmhouse will be a problem going forward and the line for Maverick will get worse and worse.
Love the reviews! I found myself wanting to try the food almost more than the rides! haha- I wasn't sure but thought I spotted yall yesterday at CP! Great video!
I went to the new restaurant opening day this year after looking for a place with a short line for 2 hours straight lol. They only gave me one little piece of fish for $20 but God it was one of the best pieces of fish I ever had; yeah, expensive for the portion, but that fish was just amazing.
Here's some of my other opinions from my former trips: Coasters diner had like, the tastiest chicken and cheese fries I ever had. This is coming from someone who's former home park had shitty food so it was a breath of fresh air. Didn't get a milkshake yet since they were broken the times I went there. I absolutely loved Melt as a grilled cheese fan, just eating inside an amusement park restaurant is always a win for me. The yogurt place was pretty good too! And my dad says the pretzel place by Magnum has the best pretzels he ever had but I didn't get one yet lol. We're gonna visit again this weekend. I wanna check out the Farmhouse too! So overall, Cedar Point never fails to make my stomach happy.
To my knowledge there aren’t any turkey legs anymore. Pinks is gone but there is a new hot dog stand by the antique cars and it’s actually pretty good! Best food in the park is Farmhouse and the new for 2023 Grand Pavilion (not in this video)
I had a Frontier Inn hamburger where Chick-fil-A used to be & it was easily the worst thing I've ever had at Cedar Point. I have no idea what they did to this, but it was nasty!
@Coaster Legend Yeah, I liked the French bread even though it's expensive for one piece. I'm hoping I can find a regular char broiled burger like they used to have by Cedar Downs area. I don't know if Coasters is any better, but the lines are always very long.
@@PatrickRyan150 There really isn’t a great burger at CP. Coasters isn’t that good in my opinion. The best one is in one of the sit down restaurants (Melt, Chicke & Pete’s, Etc.) If you want the best food though, try Farmhouse and The Grand Pavilion.
Cedar point isn't known for their food. Even before Covid Cedar Point had most of its restaurants closed May of 2108 when I was there which left little variety. Back then I ate at the BBQ place in frontier town and either found either to be not that great or I ordered the wrong thing. I also I ate at Chickie's and Pete's and I wasn't impressed; when I opened the door the server looked angry at me as though it was my fault that Raptor is loud when it roared directly above as I opened the door (as though I did that on purpose). Then took my seat and noticed it was empty. I ordered the chicken club and they and they gave me the wrong item; a chicken parmigiana which I ask them to return for the right item. When the Chicken Club arrived it was extremely bland. Mozzarella cheese and no mayonnaise on flavourless bread. Why hadn't anyone heard of Monterrey Jack? Not that I expect Monterrey Jack in an amusement park but there are other ways to make the food good. 1: time is money and they wasted my time giving me the wrong order and 2: the food wasn't good. Chik-Filet had too long a line, and I'm also I'm pro LBGT issues. But I'm curious and I finally ate there for the 1st (and only time so far) at Detroit Airport during a stopover from Newark to Chicago on my last coaster trip and in early June (and I have to admit that the food was awesome) but in May 2018 time was also a consideration and I didn't want to waste it by standing in a long line. The Farmhouse Kitchen and Grill looks excellent and will be the place I eat next time I'm there. It looks better than "Miss Keat's"; the "newer" BBQ place close to Magnum and Gemini than the one I ate in in Frontier town in 2018. Which do you think is better: Miss Keat's Smokehouse or the BBQ place in frontier town in May 2018? I don't think any of them look better than Farmhouse Kitchen; that looks to be the best place to eat at Cedar Point. Also: It's good Breaker's has a T.G.I. Fridays. Thanks for this comprehensive breakdown on the food options at Cedar Point!
👉 You did a great job on this video! Unfortunately, Cedar Point did a horrible job of keeping up with having great restaurants. Johnny rockets, Chick-fil-A, the Mac shack, and the place with the vegetarian/gluten-free options are all gone now. Even the options at the farmhouse have been downgraded. The dining plan is really no longer worth having. I would rather eat a sandwich out of my car than the terrible options that they have there now. Chick-fil-A was replaced with a generic theme park chicken and pizza place. I never saw anybody go in or out even though they were open. I'm not quite sure what happened there, but it is a huge step backwards in my opinion. We've decided not to renew our annual pass for next year.
I miss breakwater cafe that restaurant that used to be by sandcastle suites
I'd like to see more videos like this. Whenever I spend a day at a park I always eat something. Some parks are better than others.
I ate at coasters, I didn’t like the food either, small portions and high prices, your description was very accurate
Coasters is good for reasonably priced milkshakes. That’s all we get there.

My mom is from Bellevue and every time we went there we had to get the French fries with Malt vinegar. Yum

I packed a cooler and brought a butane hotplate to cook bungers in the parling lot🤣

Every single time we go to cedar point we always go to backbeat que that place is so good
My son and I *LOVE* Coasters Diner!! The onion rings are delicious.
I like Miss Keat’s Smokehouse. Fantastic turkey legs and sausages!
I went here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago. We tried Johnny Rocket's which was awesome!
Awesome! Thank you for spending time to film all of these! Very helpful!!
I always eat at Panda Express and Farmhouse. I don’t need to waste my time with the burgers and fries anymore.
The Chick-fill-a is gone for 2023 season

Wow thanks for letting me know. Thanks for taking the time to share this!
Awesome video yall!
Cedar Point fries are underrated.
Last Summer my family got the all day drink pass! There’s a bunch of Coca Cola Freestyle bars in Cedar Point.
Love the reviews! I found myself wanting to try the food almost more than the rides! haha- I wasn't sure but thought I spotted yall yesterday at CP! Great video!
I love me some Auntie Anne's
Wait, so that taco stand walks? But it's made of brick!
Drunk Elvis in the frontier town bar. And a frozen lemonade

I always eat at Chickie and Pete’s it’s always great!! You forgot Famous Dave’s!
Hugo's has a pretty large full personal pizza that my son and I share and are full, and it's *delicious.*
Hey going for the first time in august. Good video💪 , thanks
the cero music is bopping
Is Pink's gone? And what about the restaurant that had turkey legs back in Frontier Town? I'm upset if these both of these places are gone.

We had the Frenchbread pizzas there and they were decent, but small portion size. Might have to try the burger just to see how bad it is!

Yeah, those 2 have been my go to now thru 8 visits this season. I may try Famous Dave's too.

There’s still some great spots tho. Farmhouse and Hugo’s are still good IMO, and the grand pavilion is excellent.
ate at the farm house last month. I think around $ 18 . I thought it was good.
omg yall forgot Famous Dave's
Dude seating is behind hot porato
I subscribed
They should make coasters a second Johnny Rockets
The last time I was at Cedar Point was in 1985. Trust me it looks nothing like it did in this video.
