      Thank you for your concern, I appreciated a lot. When you have been lifting weights for a long period of time before pregnancy (like myself) and you are having a healthy pregnancy, you can continue lifting weights with no problem at all (obviously under medical supervision). I had a very healthy pregnancy thank god, and I workout thought the whole pregnancy. Sending you love, always ❣
