Hello I am Steve from Australia I have two questions regarding the integrity aspect of the chain of evidence: 1) Should the first responder wear surgical gloves to avoid finger points and DNA from them potentially contaminating the evidentiary value of the item that is subject to the investigation. 2) When examining the PC if there is illegal information on the P.C. and or device If the user has legitimate legal non-offensive "data or pictures of family etc, Are they entitled to keep / save it or is the whole device now automatically classed as evidence. thanks steve
But most front end like white hat hackers are mostly preferred in millitary but there some digital forensics professional opted in military or with a consultant
