- Another (rough) tutorial on creating movies in Visions of Chaos. Comment if you find these sort of videos helpful and if there are any other topics you would like covered. I need a better microphone.

Amazing what you're doing.
Thank you, just the info I was looking for!
great great great work bro
awesome
Good stuff
Nice video. But how do you export at 4k? I dont know how to export at 4k it will always export at 1080p even if i put the image size at 4k before selecting the frames.
Thanks for your wonderful tutorial. But I have a question. Can you automate the zoom in when making an animation/movie? It is really tedious to select an area and add to keyframe each time, sort of like Kalles Fraktaler which you can create the whole movie based on a template.
You can now press F5 as a shortcut to set a movie control point. So zoom in, F5, zoom to the next spot, F5, etc etc. I took a quick look at Kalles Fractaler and couldn't see how to create a zoom movie.
@@Softology In Kalles, (1) Goto File => Open => (load a gallery, for example, )
Note: You may have to download the galleries separately from Kalles Fractaler website
(2) View => Zoom Size = 2; View => Image Size: W = 640, H = 360 (Kalles can render 4K but choose small size for quick render in this case)
(3) Fraktal => Preset => Fast
(4) File => Store Zoom out Image: select a directory of your choice. Then Kalles will generate all the Key Frames automatically (in this case, Vision of Chaos, I have to hit F5 manually)
(5) After the keyframes generated, use KeyFrameMovieMaker64.exe to produce the final movie/animation.
I like Vision of Chaos better where FFmpeg is seamlessly integrated vs in Kalles you have to run an external exe to generate the movie. Also, VoC has a ton of different fractals and everything else. Cheers!
Thanks for your speedy response!
This is amazing, have been trying this software all day and ran into one problem. When I create a movie I sometimes get pictures with nothing in it, as if the simulation was not rendered (using mitsuba). Is there a way to fix this or prevent it from happening? I have tried fixing it manually by removing black pictures and fixing the order and then creating it again, it worked. But when dealing with larger number of pictures it gets... well, time consuming.
Email me and we can discuss further.
great!
It was your other comment that finally pushed me to create some tutorial videos :)
@@Softology haha, nice one, the help section was already good that is why I deleted comment. This will help many people for sure, what a powerfull software, I might still need your help later on , I could not get the python tension flow to work, but hold on I'll try again, I am pretty bad with instructions in general, thanx for your help
what is the best movie format i should use? id like it to be very good quality and to be able to use the video on vegas pro, cause sometimes when its avi it wont let me
If Vegas Pro doesn't like the Xvid AVIs you can try MP4 or MP5. If they fail you can try uncompressed AVI, which has 100% lossless frames but HUGE file sizes.
Thanks man, one last question what do you use to edit the clips to add music with them pls??
I make the music in FL Studio and join it to the AVI using Movies->Add Audio To Movie File. For any editing more complicated (like these tutorials) I use DaVinci Resolve.
If I update visions of chaos, does it restart from the beginning? meaning i have to install the machine learning thing again?
No, you won't have to reinstall the machine learning stuff again.
@@Softology Thanks man youre the best
ты делаешь крутые штуки. Странно что так мало просмотров
