Thanks so much for these videos Anders, I’m sure many will benefit from the info you’ve shared! I had a question- I want to ideally taper my meds with a water taper but I’m nervous to do so since I’m so sensitive to even small reductions in dosages. I don’t want my brain and body to have poor, adverse withdrawal symptoms due to a water taper; I’m currently tapering doing dry cuts with my pills but when it goes down to very small doses I know a water taper would be easier to do. Do you think a water taper would be best for even highly sensitive brains/bodies for tapering, or would you just recommend to stay with dry cutting the meds for the rest of the taper? Thanks so much!!

Most benzodiazepines can’t be dissolved in water. None, actually. This is a huge problem. Commonly 300mL water to start and constant shaking before pulling. You may need to do more research on tapering methods if you’re going to advise. There’s no way one can do hyperbolic the way you describe. Otherwise, good info.
