Hey good job on swapping the motor but u should use your MotoTec frame and use a 49cc motor in it, it would be a good project for u

Not enough battery voltage for that setup you need minimum 36v add a 4th battery for 48v

Something you can do to make it faster is switch the sprockets around. You have the sprockets for torque not speed
