Dude your legend last one worked for me. I walked in with low hopes after reseting my phone 25 times and updating it and everything else that my provider was telling me to do and the last step was all I needed to do. Cheers man really appreciate it was bugging me for a while

I have a Nintendo switch and I tried to connect my Nintendo to my Hotspot from my phone it keeps it can't connect though I have Data and full bars of my LTE

I have ASSURANCE WIRELESS phone company. My mobile hotspot worked for more than a year. Since T-Mobile bought Assurance Wireless phone company now my phone hotspot isn't connecting to the internet. It says connected but I think TMobile changed the ability to connect devices anymore

how can i enable hot spot and use a wifi network instead of mobile data? every time i enable hotspot sharing the wifi will turn it self off. how to keep both enabled. so the internet flows from wifi to hotspot to a laptop or any other device that can connect to internet. I have oneplus 5T with android 11 version.

Mine doesn't have general management.
I dug around and found a reset button but it only let it turn on once.
I had to turn it off for several minutes and then it worked... once.
The next time i tried, it wouldn't turn on. Maybe I'll have to turn my phone off for several minutes every time I need to use my hotspot?
It started doing this after i restarted my phone after a system update
there is no general management or resets
I changed my Wi-Fi password then I restarted my phone then I turned off the DATA SAVER and then I was able to go in and turn the hotspot on it wasn't grayed out anymore
Not only did this not help, my phone got fucked up when I tried these steps, thank alot I guess

Go in the settings and turn off the data saver and then go back and you should be able to turn the hotspot switch to the on position and it won't be grayed out
@@uravcaunder network and internet is an option for DATA SAVER turn it off and then at that point you might be able to switch the hotspot button to the on position

not working on my miA1 phone when i turn on wifi and it automatically turn off hotspot ... and when i turn on hotspot it will automatically turn off my wifi

Says my plan doesn't support mobile tethering and I'm not even out of data wtf also I've used my hot spot before and now it just doesn't work
Had the same issue! Try updating some of your phone's default apps in the play store. This worked for me since I didn't have auto update enabled
I just got my phone card yesterday with 5 gigs of hot spot and it tells me the same thing
It means you ran out of hotspot
My wifes plan is prepaid... Her hotspot will not work without calling and adding that feature to her current plan.

Didnt work for me :( or atleast for my dad when i click mobile hotspot it turns on and just do a refreshing icon and turns off immediately after i tried every reset even tried changing boradcast channels chnaged network names nothing worked. Somebody notify if u know a possible fix.
