Homegrown Taiwanese here, Well done here, as it is surprisingly elaborate!!!!😁😁😁 However, I would like to give some suggestions for the historical part if you don't mind (for the sake of historical accuracy). The migration of the Chinese people to Taiwan during the Sui dynasty is just some speculation, as Taiwan as an official name in the Chinese document did not exist until the 1600s. The Chinese used the name liuqiu to identify several islands including the Ryukyu islands (modern day-Okinawa), Penghu (an outskirt island that was colonised much earlier), and Taiwan. Unfortunately, nobody could really identify the name was really referring to til this day. (so whether the migration really happened it's subjected to debates.) Also, the Austronesian people were pretty widespread on the western plains before colonisation. (many plain indigenous people kept their identity to this day, practicing/reviving their religion, and the elders also strive to keep the language. e.g. papora and pazeh people ) One of them (Siraya) even had a codified language (introduced by the Dutch) The kingdom of Tungning was much bigger, stretching all the way to central Taiwan (including tributaries) bordering the tribal confederation of Middag. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding the political climate and the history of Taiwan :) Once again, great work !!!
@@yothitweeling9691 Unfortunately I cannot think of any that is written in English....unless you speak Mandarin. You could dig up academic journals regarding Taiwanese pre-historic era or Formosan tribes, they are pretty hardcore ofc...but they are definitely the most accurate source. I wanted to ask, was the culture of Taiwan influenced by Polynesian tribes and Spanish and Japanese rule? I also wanted to ask if the Chinese spoken in Taiwan is classical Mandarin and if it is dialectal? P.S. Taiwan is one of my favorite countries in asia.

far from separate people. they have the same culture, history, everything. the only reason taiwan is separate at all right now is because of colonialism and fascism
@@jeffsirloin2558 id say it would be better this way. Truth is, the majority of the population doesnt really think Taiwan should be reunited with mainland China, democratic or not.
