His faith lead him to establish the Andrea Bocelli Foundation where he helps people in impoverished and disaster-stricken parts of the world. The multi-award winning Italian tenor has sold over 75 million records worldwide. Blind from the age of 12, singing was always his passion but he never could have dreamt his life would turn out as it has.
This Christmas, Heart & Soul on the BBC World Service present a special one-on-one interview with Andrea Bocelli, presented by Rome based journalist Colm Flynn. The programme will be recorded in the historic Italian city of Florence and will feature some of Bocelli's much-loved music, as well as the story of his life and faith. What a deep soul. I didn't meet many people in my life who had that kind of insight or soul, only priests and teachers in my catholic schools. Finding that kind of soul within a famous artist, it is extremely rare. What a man, what an artist, what a soul! Wow. Unbelievable. I always loved Andrea but never new until now how good he is as just a person. God blesses him, God loves him.

There are a lot of people like in fact. Dimash, Kazakh singer, who is also a beautiful soul just as Andrew, actually they have met each other. Of course lots of spiritual masters on Youbube, Sadgguru, Sri M, Mooji, and Echort Tolle, their channels definitely can bring lot of enlightenment to our life. Also the Russian composer Igor also is very soulful!! I

Andrea. I love your beautiful voice. It is still getting me through the recent death of my husband of 25 years. At the wake a few weeks ago we had Matteo and you singing Fall on me while showing pictures of my husband Jearl. He is a prophet, similar to Elijah, but with a most splendrous voice… a God given voice with a purpose dedicated to God, Him and the Only. In some sort Him walking again…. COMMENT: This doctrine is maintained at a great price by the Catholic Church. Of old it cost her nearly the whole of England. Today she loses thousands every year because of her uncompromising stand upon this subject. But did she do otherwise, she would cease to be the true Church of Christ.
II. The Bible teaches that remarriage (during the lifetime of the former consort) is adultery.
I Cor. 7, 10-11: And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, let not the wife depart from her husband; but and if she depart let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.
Mark 10, 11-12: And he saith unto them, whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another she committeth adultery.
Luke 16-18: Whosoever putteth away his wife and marrieth another, committeth adultery and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.
COMMENT: If one party commits adultery the other party may, under certain circumstances, live separate from guilty party; but may not remarry during the former consort’s lifetime. This is the real meaning of Matt. 19, 9.

@@hugelpook it's not terrorism. It's a matter of choosing.... There's the way of salvation and the way of condemnation, now you choose the one you wish to follow. In one there's the constant presence of the Savior, peace that surpasses all understanding and unexplainable joy. In the other, you can live the way the way you wish to, not minding about anything or anyone, not caring about the Savior, Jesus Christ. But in the end it is a way to eternal suffering in hell.

Veronica met Andrea Bocelli at a party in 2002, when she was 18 and he was still married to his first wife Enrica Cenzatti; Andrea heard Veronica sitting not far from him, and sent a friend to ask her if she wanted to join his table. The two talked for the entire night, and after Andrea divorced his wife in the same year, he and Veronica began dating. No matter how many sacred songs he sings, they will not save his soul. God gave us the commandments we all must obey, no matter how famous, he will be held accountable. I shutter to think of his future judgment, and eternity.
How can he truly have the true Catholic faith, and be guilty of adultery, and divorce, and remarriage???
So, you without sin are going to throw the first stone? Seems like Jesus spoke to the Pharisees about this already and their desire to punish a woman who like all of us, stumbled and sinned. Andrea’s confession to the Almighty and asking for forgiveness and mercy are not anything you are going to know about so why don’t you worry about your own short comings and allow Andrea to sing his praises to his God and his incarnate Son. As well, Karen, do you think the penitent thief on the cross would have qualified for keeping the law or would have made for a good Catholic or even a righteous Jew, of course not! Yet, wasn’t his confession of faith while on the cross was deemed sufficient by Jesus to grant this thief eternal life in paradise? So, quit being a Karen and go review your own life for your venal and mortal sins and concern yourself with the state of your own grace, rather than sit around and throw stones at others. Jesus didn’t come for the non-sinners, he came for the sinners to redeem them.
Lord have mercy on you. With this level of bitterness and legalism that can only match that of the Pharisees, I hope you will be saved
@@preciousoparanozie5747 she would have picked up a stone and thrown it at the woman that Jesus saved from the Pharisees because like the Pharisees, she thinks keeping the law makes her righteous and Jesus said otherwise.

Unless we are perfect, we can never judge. Ask yourself, are you perfect.
