I like how you can beat him with no items, no deaths, on the hardest difficulty, and only with Yuri, while I can't beat him with all my items, a billion deaths, on easy mode, and with an entire party.
Even though this one wasn't the longest video in the run, it did feel the most epic. Guess that's what a classic protagonist vs. final boss 1v1 can do for you.
That was probably the most impressive and epic run of bosses I've ever seen, hats off to you Omega, you put on one hell of a show, your like the greatest Tales Player in the World~
@BiffJohnston2 Highest OVL for any one character is LVL 4. It's there to have as extra bars OR if you weren't lucky enough to have Flynn copy Yuri's OVL with the "Rival Energy 2" Skill and you need to have them both at OVL 4 for Bushin Soutenha. Note, all the OVL past 4 fill up at the same rate as if you already had 3. So it fills up pretty slow without the Grade Shop "OVL gauge fills up twice as fast" thing.

Now that it's all over, though, I have to say you're one of the best Vesperia players I've seen. If I remember correctly, you get the Artes Ball, a PS3 exclusive Key Item. It allows you to equip 8 more Arte shortcuts that can be assigned to the 8 previously existing Arte slots and toggled with the L1 button so you have 16 different Artes at your disposal.
@caedgola64 Both Yuri and Duke share Ghost Wolf (Genrouzan), but the localization team differentiated both as separate artes despite the Japanese name being the same as Ghost and Phantom Wolf respectively. Interestingly to note, some of Duke's artes are similar to Yuri's. Death Blade and Around similar to Shining Fang; Havoc Heaven similar to the final strike of Pyre Havoc. Perhaps serving an homage to Yuri's original concept art?
@GreyVictory1510 If you mean Moonbeam (the one where Judith teleports above the enemy and throws her spear at them), then yes. I also recall him having Punishing Beast (Karol) and Light Spear (Repede).

Omega! I've been listening to unfinished battle for a while and then you use it with Duke!? What a couincidence! =D Very well done with the Solo run, Omega. You sure are a pro now! *applause*
I tried solo in this boss NIND in hard mode and I got so lucky that a tiny piece of fraction of my lvl 4 OL was saved after Duke used his Brave Vesperia MA (He was one hit off from dying too.)
They all have different uses. Ghost wolf is a great combo starter and you end up behind the enemy, so in combination with the Glory skill you're a pretty great evasion tank / brawler. Brutal fang is like a free twenty(ish) hit arte guaranteeing combo based OVL extensions most of the time. Azure Edge and it's variants pick up enemies off the ground and allows them to be keep catching that combo. Overall it looks like Omega prefers those, with the other artes thrown in for style and combo potential, ex: shining fang variants, shadow-stab move, burst artes, etc. With a shoutout to Guardian field for being the only sustain tool. =p

Its called Free Run Cancel...Like the moment you stop doing combos You go in Free Run mode and do a critical guard which only works in PS3 and in manual Mode (Repede can do it too in the 360 version and its a skill)

@Supermari0078 Yeah if you finish duke's second form with yuri's first MA (even in the english version) you get the animated cut in.

how can you do 30000 damage????? in my xbox version i put evryone on defense and not doing nothing and its close enough to doing it solo xD
