Moisten the seal in the tank lid with some water before using it for the first time. Fill the water tank to the “MAX” line with cold water. The tank holds 1.4 quarts (1.3 liters) of water. Close the lid until it snaps, then insert the water tank completely so the tank handle is flush with the tank holder flange. My steam mode keep asking fill the water and close the door. But there full of water already !
