This man is the Swedish Andrew Camarata.
Mixed with my other favourite youtber Kurtis on CEE
Thanks for the compliment!
I agree! Really entertaining videos! 😃
@Michael McBride : I wouldn't really say that... As far as lots of projects, sure. But this guy actually fixes stuff right. He may purchase used stuff, but he repairs it like it should be done and doesn't half-ass a repair just to keep on driving junk crap. Don't get me all wrong here though... I watch a lot of Andrews videos and I'm a subscriber. But I find myself shaking my head a lot when I watch Andrews videos; like when he almost wrecked that newer rock truck he just got It's almost like he enjoys driving beat up shit.
But anyway... I've only watched a few of this guy's videos based on YT recommendations, and I've of course subscribed to this channel. It's actually way, way less stressful (for me) watching this guy because he's more my style in the way he repairs things so they no longer look, sound and drive like they are beat up crap. Take this video for instance... Andrew never would have painted this at the end, let alone doing it in the correct color so it matched the machine and actually looked great. This guy here is awesome, and I look forward to binge watching his videos to get caught up.
@@johan5453: Don't forget the guys over at C&C Equipment. ;-))
Hi,I admire you're commitment to you're equipment and all the mechanical plant in the workshop, wish you stayed near me would love to spend a couple of days working alongside you please keep up the good work, bonus for me is when you weld it's stick welding, I know you also do mig regards for now all the best from Scotland ⚙️⚒️🏴🇬🇧
Good content 👍🏼. You are clearly a hard worker to have such equipment, tools, shop… at a relatively young age. Keep up the good work. I love Andrew’s content also but it seams the Swedish version of Andrew thinks through his problems a bit better lol.
No chainsaws to install cd players??
I have been watching the video with the rock smasher, and now with the ecavator work. I gues you have saved a he... lot of money compared that som one should have don it for you. You deserv standing ovating (applaus)😃😄😁😅🙂🙃😉😊
Thank you!
You are fearless how you rip into that. Great work and excellent video. Thanks.
If you want to revive old stickers or even tape, put them in a microwave for 30 sec stints until the glue feels good again. Even works on old Biltema masking tape that sucks out of the store ;)
Thanks for the tip, Will try that!

Gotta love a man that takes great care of his machines
Hej tack. Enjoyed your video and have subscribed after watching you do your work and also showing the countryside. Its nearly 50 years since my freind and I travelled around Sweden for a couple of months and absolutely loved the counry and the people. Brought back some good memories. We live just south of Cambridge in the uk. Thanks again.
Awesome job. I was hooked from start to finish. 😊😊
amazingly complex. Congratulations on figuring it out
Thanks Jim!
You do a great job! Thank you for the great video.
Thanks for watching!
Great videos! So happy finding your channel!
That thing is so cool...Great job my Man👍👍
Great job done on the swivel a lot of work but you got it done great video as well yes it is a bonus when the temp drops no bugs i like it .Thank you for sharing
Best utube channel out there! Nothing like ingenuity.
Absolute genius, it's not big enough so I'll just make it longer so it fits my buckets. 👍
The best thing with standards is that there are so many to choose from 😂
Haha precis!
Great work, well done 👍
I heard you whistling the McGyver melody! Great video.
The red looks good. I bet the thin coats will hold up better. Anyway, once it is in the field, no one will notice the brush marks.
TIM from Canada if you are disassembling houses from any unit best thing to do use coloured twist ties….
or if you have any coloured yarn or string, this helps. Anything colourful you can tie from your hoses to your unit of choice. This will help you assembling your hoses in the future….
Thank you for sharing the job! I like the fact that you added captions; your English is fine of course but they're great if someone wants them translated.
Great videos Matt!
Well I was thinking this man is a combination of Andrew Camarata en Curtis from CEE and I was reading the comments and I was not the first one to notice. Nice videos! Greetings from Belgium!
Great job. And regarding the pain you kinda converted an ENCON to a ROTOTILT by swapping the paint, a good upgrade ;)
I really enjoy the video Matt!!,, 👍👊👊
Amazing job
Nån som önskar han hade en indexator! 😄 Snyggt jobbat med snurran!
You are very talented at what you do and I enjoy your videos and seeing another part of the world.
Thanks!
Great job young man ! You are really brilliant and hard worker. You have beaten engcon. Really hat's off to you. 👏👏👏👏👏💐💐💐💐💐
Nice Škoda Felicia PickUp!
Good Work 💪
Riktigt imponerad!👌
Your fabrication is most impressive!
You did a very very good job. A german craftsmaster.
wow you did a very very good job on that head really impressed with your knowlage. just found your channell and subbed. ive been a welder for 40 years and have a small machine shop which i do as a mid leval home hobbyist and have lots of fun welding and machining things, keep up the great videos i have to say you are a real go--getter and i wish i had your knowlage when i was your age. im 63 now and am very impressed with the way you work. and i love your shop and all the equipment you have. thumbs up. im from ontario canada in case you were wondering.
Thanks Jamie!
Great stuff mate
Good job 👍
Just subbed love the content!
I'd love a q and a video - like what do you do for a day job. is this your shop? where is your pupper?
Nice job man..love from india 🇮🇳
fantastic job congratulations even doing the work you spent a lot of money on parts but I imagine it will be cheaper than new.
Greetings from Portugal
Thanks! Yeah a new one would be crazy expensive, i paid small money in comparison. Greetings from Sweden!
Bra jobbet :)
Use a centre punch and small set of stamps on fittings and hose to line up where they go ... 1 dot, 2 dots, or the stamps... 1, 2, 3, 4 or a.b,c,d etc....
Great job Matt👌
No money wasted for overpriced aftermarket parts.. I had old Ec10 on my previous Lännen 940, servicing that engcon becama familiar 😀
È bello vedere che lavori bene... complimenti 👍💪💪
Good job mate 👍👍👍
Thanks!
Awesome Mod. Job!👍
Thanks!
toujours du bon travail
Lovely old job
Great job on the conversion. Would you have been able to weld in 10cm ‘packers’ into the non moving jaw? Matching profile to fit into the fixed jaw, with matching profile to fit around the bucket pin.
The hydraulic loom gives me big “Doc Oc” energy
You should use yelleow primer before you paint with the red color.
A fine pair of safety crocs
MacGyver theme tune! :)
@17m 30s
please don't let your talent be wasted get a young lad in with you and teach him all you know for a young man yourself love your work
This is creepy and weird
@@Dysiodewhat is creepy and wired about teaching or passing on the knowledge you have to the next generation
wow enough grease in there good rebuild
Realy nice JOB!!! :D
Thanks!
51:47 ....not Mozart.....Beethoven 😉😁
Interesting that you listed the part prices. Very expensive. Of course these are heavy parts made in relative low numbers, but selling parts sure is a good way to make money for dealers and manufacturers.
4:35 wow you have a Škoda auto, Škoda felicia pick up from my country from Czech republic, old car, but very good working car, easy to repair, easy to ride. Like student, i learn repairing all on this car. This type is like hatchback, long version, 1.3, 1.6, 1.9diesel, they building it like rally car like: Felicia kit car.
Great video!
Greetings from Poland.
Thanks Pawel!

And this is how you make Engcon to look like Marttiini :D
I wonder how the dynamics of the machine/forces on the machine change with the rotation off center from the center point of the mounting bars
Exactly what I was thinking 😁
I like the red and black
This isn't the first job you do when you're happily coming home with the Lidle stickwelder.
ESAB welder for the win 👍🏻
Do you have any information on the mosquito catcher ? Also great overhaul job , you aren't afraid to go in to anything!
It's a Mosquito magnet - pioneer
Did you mention painting the rotator rototilt-red when talking to the engcon mechanic 😂
Kind of forgot that part!
If he had used his seat belt and had his sliding blades at the back and had stayed seated, he would have gotten away with it. The cabin has a ROP roll over protection. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, including the experienced operators among us. I hope he got away well and wasn't injured too badly
👍👍👍👍💥
Dude on Andrew Camarata UA-cam channel he always take pictures with his phone to remember so take pictures or notes ! ✌️
amazing video. makes me feel like i could do it 😂
It's not hard just time consuming
No way you have Skoda Felicia, it was my first car. I bursted out laughing when i saw that :D
Its a good working horse
🔝🔝🔝
Red color does not cover the surface well. It is applied through white. White primer greatly improved the result. But it’s great for a forestry machine!
Swedish people are awesome everything they build is built rite. You sir are awesome!! What u listening to in those ear muffs?
That's hearing protection
😊👍👍
Apparently the hole in the pin is not just Kubota problem but japanese.
You can additionally adjust the backhoe loader base and the backhoe base easier
Would you do this again or just buy on with the correct coupling?
we want more thanks
M använder huvudet, btw mkt fint arbete. 👍👍
Are you a engineer or just a guy with big brain 🧠 , love you from iraq
This is ironic. At first I thought what you did was a crude hack job you managed to get into alignment. Then I saw a video of tiltrotators made in a major factory. Their tolerances were worse than yours with numerous pieces tacked on to hold parts in alignment - some very poorly. And then the entire assemblies were MIG welded without bevels while all your critical pieces including scabbed in were 100% penetration stick welds. VERY impressive.
An aside. Locally we call those devices Tilt-a-whirls after the amusement park rides.
Your fabrication skills are suppperrrrbbbbb!!!!!! Henry Ford would have liked you, he liked black paint...
Frankly, I like your red paint. Your grease smearing skills look pretty good also. Were you good at mud pies???? LOL
I'm not any good at video games either. I didn't do to bad on some simulators for crawlers and regular trac hoes at Caterpillar's Visitor's Center in Peoria, IL.
I think you should watch Andrew Camarata. He would give you a lot of good ideas.
I also thaught that your work and videos look a lot like those from Andrew. I have to say, I love them, from both of you. I saw you grease the rotater and there is nothing wrong with that amount of grease, but when you are greasing bearings, be aware that you don't use too much grease. I've been professionaly working, 36 years, for the Dutch part of Svenska Fläkt and the companies that took over. And i have seen more bearings die, because of too much grease than too little. Have you ever seen how little grase SKF puts in their fully closed bearings like the 2RS types?
Well I most say you can turn your hand to everything wish I had it in me
Did you replace all the parts you kept mentioning? Like the worm gear?
No, i just had the price list available and thought it would be fun to see. I personally like to see prices in videos i watch, i think it gives more context
Dude really needs a serious impact wrench..! nice video tho!
very nice work !!!! you like MIG or MMA ?? Alban
Thanks, I prefer MIG, Need to buy me one! witch do you prefer?
Hi! I don't know which retailers are available in your country. But the most famous brands here in Sweden are Encon, Steelwrist, SMP and Rototilt. If you are going to buy one, you go by the weight class of your machine to get the right one.
The one I have is called Engcon EC10. A new one can be quite expensive, even a used one is still expensive. The good thing about Takeuchi is that they usually have built-in proportional control for the aux hydraulics from the factory, so you don't need external control
Oh...and cardboard....the best stencil maker ever.....🙂
Are there more Chanels like HIM and Andrew cemarta
You're on the way to becoming a master mechanic. It's kind of a waste of talent to keep being an operator unless the job requires special skills.
