Yup… and clearly not same intensity. One’s working on the gloves instead of punching the openings, and pulling the knees when offensive. The other guy seems to be all in at times… 💯% high kick at 7:33

Set up wise this is the best gym in the country, I love the layout. All the gym’s i have been to they’re class orientated but this has the open gym style of training aswell as classes
