My main world which was generated in MCPE 0.5.0 Alpha had 4 Nether Reactor Cores that were placed and hidden inside the wall of a McDonalds that I built. These 4 blocks have allowed me to continue using them even after they were removed from the game. The same thing can be said for the old Stonecutter.
I still play on this world to this day.
Even though I knew what was done in the video wouldn't work, I still tried it to see if anything actually happened.
I downloaded an old apk than downgraded my main survival world to get the old blocks, The downgraded area looks so glitched but it was worth it.
I started around 0.8 but didn't care enough to keep any of my old worlds, my oldest world I have was made in early 2019.
I remember the old nether reactor thing,I always got so scared when I activated it lol

I saw the glowing obsidian on a kit PvP game, so it's probably possible.
I have Glowing Obsidian just open PocketEditor and then press My World and press Edit Inventory
And then click other block and then press Browse and then search glowing obsidian and click it once you click it you need press home button and then go to leave minecraft in the recent apps and open again that was working in version 0.5.0 or future update no problem it. How to get frosted ice you need new version minecraft or new craftsman once you open it you be go my world, do not used minecraft everyday it will be crashes soon and then go to chat and commands but you need cheats to get frosted ice you just put command name /give @p frosted_ice and then you can enjoy your frosted ice. Frosted ice if we have day or rain it will turn into water until night or clear

i used blocktopograph which only works until 1.18 because the storage location thing, i was in 1.17 and created an entire collection of secret items that goes with 2 full shulker boxes and 1 box, the standing signs and wall signs

Fun fact: this nether reactor was released in 2012/2011, and was removed in 2016/2014/2015, the fact is, it was still in the game only on pocket edition, this man shows us how we get this old reactor back, this man deserves 1 million subs!

Hi bro, well, glowing obsidian is kind of decorative block that emits higher light level which is 12 compared to eg. Crying obsidian, and it can be used for decoration 😊
It's also a kind of removed block in minecraft
Its a block that was used to go to the nether before nether portals existed
