    training MMA they told us 300-500 reps to make form, however it's 3000-5000 reps to correct a bad habit in form.

    When he mention percentages, does he mean body weight percentage?

      There was some decent advice after that about doing more warmup sets on bench press.

      Too bad what he says about warming up is the most important thing in the video and the least stressed thing in powerlifting (stressed or explained properly)
