You should turn the sun room into a “pool room” with all the pool necessities plus a mini fridge for drinks/snacks!! To keep the pool/water separate from the main house :)

Tip for the skylight (if you haven’t figured it out already): when it rains it’s LOUD especially with the nice added acoustics of the walls from the glass to the ceiling. I had one like that when I was a kid and when it was pouring or storming I had to sleep on the living room couch cause it would wake me up lol
… and yet I’m the opposite, what you call noise is like a soothing lullaby to me, I love the sound of rain on those skylights, the louder the better, it helps me get to sleep 😴
im also the opposite, the rain on the glass helped me sleep! the only nights I would only turn off my white noise machine when it was raining lol

Ok idk what’s up with my skylight then mine wasn’t flush to the ceiling it had a little tunnel where the rain noise waves were bounced around and amplified??? It was SO loud

The sunroom and the deck/pool is easily my fave part! The deck is huge even without the pool.
Also I'm pretty sure I'm getting old because I got excited about how great the master bathroom is. Bluetooth speaker? That shower? Towel warmers?! Bless.😂💗
Please please invest in a pool alarm and emergency swim lessons for the girls. Those gates are good but aren't always reliable. Ites better ti be safe then sorry. 🥰

I remember when my husband and I bought our first house. We were barely old enough to sign the papers for it. You are blessed. It's so bright and cheery and lots of room for your little family.
You can use pool noodles (cut in half) on the fireplace and tape with painters tape for protection all around. Yay for ordering fence around pool if and alarms on doors for safety (if kids get out towards pool). Congrats on the house!

@@autumn5852 it’s a good idea when you have kids and a pool. That way if a kid sneaks outside you’ll hear the alarm. Too many kids drown in pools😭 better to be safe and extra cautious to prevent any accidents 😊

You've done life so well and independently. So proud of you Yasmyn and Logan too... Im old and old school so i hope next step is marriage (for many important reasons) No huge wedding necessary or if at all... You can do what you did for Analias baby shower which was so perfect. Especially since all 3 girls could now celebrate the union with you and can be in pictures.💕

Girl you are SO patient and loving to your kids. i love the way you treat then with respect and don’t ignore them when they speak to you even if you’re doing something else. They’re so lucky to have such a present momma. Seriously you were meant for motherhood! They’ll never have to experience the torment parents can leave on their kids. They’ll never have to carry generational trauma to their kids which is so rare these days.
The house is absolutely gorgeous! For more storage in the girls' rooms there are these platform type Ned's that have a play area under it and has storage in the steps. You could make a cubbie for them in each room. And they are high side rails so they wouldn't fall out of them. You could also do like fairy lights (on Amazon for like 10 bucks) for them and make it super cute!

Congratulations!! On the one with the bench if it’s a kids room drill some vent holes in it. We had a little boy that passed when he crawled in his toy box at night fell asleep and passed away due to not having enough oxygen in it.

you could get those storage cabinets that go over the toilet in the bathroom for like toilet paper & q tips, cottonballs even for like first aid stuff or just bathroom essentials but not the bathroom essentials you need access to all the time ya know like the stuff that would just take up space where you could have more necessary things

Your house is sooo beautiful! There is a safety swim class the girls can take which teaches them how to survive until someone notices them and get safely to the side if they need to. Hopefully you had an inspection done. 🙂
