I purchased some FX9600 devices in Vietnam, and was asked by Zebra staff in Vietnam to contact the company directly to resolve some technical issues. We are currently having problems not being able to save the Trigger settings to the FX9600. We need the FX9600 to work in trigger mode, and it will read for a certain period of time, or will read while receiving a sensor signal. Similar to the modes in 123RFID. However, when the internet is lost or power is lost. These values are returned to default. We are in need of a fix. Please guide us through Video or specific description: 1. Setup via 123RFID. 2.
