Nope! The gas guzzling cruiser was there from open to close. They do the same thing at the Target. A couple weeks ago I witnessed a well dressed man walk out with a bottle of booze and what looked like a rotisserie chicken. A manager attempted to stop home but he kept on casually walking out. As I’m standing in line to PAY for my groceries, I ask the bagger “you mean I can walk out and not pay” the bagger replied “we can’t stop you”. It’s not just crazy California or even the US, it’s global. There’s a trajectory going on here, so now what’s next?
No one is complaining either way. We are just marking this point in time. And to be accurate they are not enforcing.
Maybe they are shopping
