Do you know what Canadian customers can do? The lending provider in Canada wasn’t through Chase. It was through Scotiabank. I’m not sure if there is a Canadian legal firm similar to Hagens Bergman that can help us Canadians. Thanks again.

I'm not sure the holder rule exists in Canada as it does in the US.
As such, FO owners in Canada and other countries may have to seek a different remedy.

The EV sticker prices were inflated to begin with to make buyers think they got a deal with the $7,500 tax credit. In hindsight it became obvious in soft resale values.

While soft, the EV resale market is the way to go given initial depreciation rates.

@@EV_OG Yes, extremely good used deals with ~ 2+ years left on the original warranty. I scratch my head as to why so many EV sellers are willing to accept such enormous depreciation(instead of keeping). It doesn't matter if it's a Mercedes, BMW, Audi or XYZ. The cars are nice, why sell?
