Super impressed with how you were able to compress/move out that wobble at around 2:00. That's crazy! Also really cool - I don't think I've seen such a clear demonstration of, like, bringing the walls in & up at the same time. I thought you'd make somethung much wider with that base, but I have never tried intentionally bringing in not just the diameter of the base, but the diameter of the walls too at the same time. You make it look simple & I'm going to have to try that!

How do you know how wide to throw the top part? I’ve always wanted to make an olive oil dispenser but not sure how to be confident the nozzle will fit
You need to measure the shrinkage. With most clay bodies (12%) throwing the opening to about 1” works-but there are some other factors involved too 🤩
