However, being heavily ITIL certified in v 3 (and with a deep understanding of Agile, Project Management and DevOps), what you are saying is that this will not have value transitioning to ITIL 4? In fact you are asking me to start from the beginning again with ITIL 4? Are you guys crazy? You are asking me to forgo the cost in money, time and effort to get ITIL 3 certified and essentially chuck this to start again with your new approach in ITIL 4? The fact that I see very little in documentation to assist me to transition from ITIL v3 to ITIL v4 is also very worrying. I.e. is this simply a money making racket from the ITIL team and Axelos? I think my irritation is stirred by a terrible exchange rate where I live compared to Europe and Britain. I.e. I am paying x 17 so a book you are selling for Pounds 100 is very expensive on my end. Exams also are VERY EXPENSIVE for me. I.e. where are the discounts for loyalty from Axleos / adjustment for a different currency and a negative exchange rate?
