Hey Cono, I made a better translation for the colab characters: Mercenary Scholar - Ijin SSR+ Red Warrior Passive (Level 1): At the beginning of the battle, increases attack by 20% for each ally with an emotional connection or bond with the character. Additionally, during battle, damage received is reduced by 10% for each surviving ally (excluding himself), and physical penetration increases by 10% for each fallen ally. First Skill (Level 1): Deals 400% attack damage to surrounding enemies and inflicts bleeding, receiving 100% attack damage per second for 10 seconds. Additionally, Ijin enters a defensive stance, becoming immune to status effects while using the skill. Second Skill (Level 1): Quickly attacks invulnerable enemies, dealing 400% damage and stunning them for 4 seconds, blocking enemy health recovery for 4 seconds. After using the skill, dodges all enemy attacks for 4 seconds. Ultimate (Level 1): Inflicts 200% attack damage to nearby enemies 5 times, then launches a grenade that deals 400% attack damage and knocks enemies airborne for 3 seconds. Additionally, causes bleeding for 6 seconds, dealing 100% of attack damage per second
Mercenary Scholar - Alice SSR+ Red Sniper Passive (Level 1): At the beginning of the battle, the character becomes invisible for 2 seconds. After that, they become invisible again every 12 seconds, lasting 2 seconds each time. The target of their attacks is always the farthest enemy, and their attacks ignore any other enemies in the way until they directly hit the designated target. Additionally, if an enemy uses an active or ultimate skill that restores health to other enemies, the character prioritizes attacking that enemy immediately. First Skill (Level 1): For 12 seconds, the character's critical hit rate is increased by 40%, and they attack the farthest enemy with an attack power equivalent to 400% of their base damage. If the attack is a critical hit, it deals additional damage equivalent to 10% of the target's maximum health. For enemy bosses, the attack deals additional damage equal to 200% of the character's attack power. Second Skill (Level 1): The character targets the farthest enemy for 3 seconds and then fires a precise shot, dealing damage equivalent to 300% of their attack power. While aiming, their attack power increases by 200% per second (up to a maximum of 3 times). Ultimate (Level 1): The character launches an explosive projectile at the farthest enemy, reducing the healing rate of all enemies within the impact area by 80% for 5 seconds, dealing 600% of their attack power. If the hit is critical, it additionally causes 15% of the target's max HP
Mercenary Scholar - 002 SSR Red Sniper Passive (Level 1): At the beginning of the battle, increases critical damage of allies positioned in the front line by 20%. Additionally, when targeting enemy weaknesses, every third basic attack stuns the enemy, increasing own accuracy by 6% for 10 seconds. This effect can stack up to 5 times. First Skill (Level 1): Increases own attack power by 60% for 10 seconds through tactical reloading, making skills always deal critical hits. Second Skill (Level 1): Teleports to the nearest enemy within range, deals 400% damage based on attack power, and pushes the enemy to the farthest rear position. Afterward, returns to original position. If the skill fails to attack at close range, cooldown time is reduced, and the skill is restarted. Ultimate (Level 1): Fires a napalm grenade that deals 200% area damage to enemies and creates a heated zone lasting 5 seconds. The heated zone deals 180% damage based on attack power per second and stuns enemies.
Mercenary Scholar - 003 SSR Red Support Passive (Level 1): Atacks the target that the ally with the highest attack power is attacking, and her basic attack ignores other enemies in the way and hits the target enemy. Additionally, applies a "neglect" mark to enemies hit by her attacks, reducing their defense. First Skill(Level 1): Fires a flare into the air to request support. Then, a missile attack will fall around the ally with the highest attack power, dealing 80% of attack power as damage to enemies within range 5 times, stunning them for 3 seconds and reducing the defense of enemies hit by the first explosion by 20% for 10 seconds. Second Skill (Level 1): Fires a special bullet that, for 15 seconds, increases attack speed by 30 and life steal by 30% for the ally with the highest attack power and for herself. Ultimate (Level 1): Grabs her arms and fires towards enemies, dealing damage equivalent to 80% of attack power to all enemies in a straight line 20 times. While this skill is active, she becomes immune to control effects and her health cannot fall below 1.
I have a small hope that the support unit is useful, but otherwise feel like my red team is solid as is. Agreed that more yellow units would have been useful.
There goes all my hopes of some Hero Cantare energy. Hardcore leveling warrior and God of high school might be some choices in the future. For now, this is a roll until one copy each and stop.
as i keep saying, bringing back valk would be amazing to reminisce on the cheese and having dark in a team with Cru Mira or GKZ would be such a fun time to think back to the best gacha made in a while
I saw in another video a theory that the color for collabs is just going by the order you see in game from right to left. So not based on what color would be useful at the current time. Green -> Blue -> Red -> Purple -> Yellow. So next collab will be purple units 😆
Is this a case of them not being able to get the more popular IP's to collab with? Maybe there were rights or contract issues with the other IP's. That'd make the most sense to me. Mercenary Scholar - Ijin: I'm torn on this unit. It's their attempt to address the frustration of invulnerable units, especially Data Masch. Launching units airborne for 3 sec is kinda crazy. He could find use at low dupes. Mercenary Scholar - Alice: I've been wanting a unit like this. There are some formations where the healers can't be targetted directly (and can outheal the units that could reach them). Especially in high deficits where you can't rely on assassins to take them out quickly, you need some way to suppress the healing. However her kit is all over the place. Does her second skill reset her target to the furthest enemy or does she use it on the healer? Why does her second skill wait 3 seconds, which would delay her use of her ultimate? Why is max hp damage on her kit when healers usually have low max hp? Why is healing reduction only on her ult and only for 5 seconds? Why is her ult damage based on the enemies' attack (which as healers would be low)? This unit had so much potential, but based on the translation by @igorsouza9169 they seem to have botched the execution. Mercenary Scholar - 002: This unit seems like a really cool control unit. I like his second skill which sends any backrow assassin or highest-atk targeting unit flying and his ult could be insane with such a big aoe. If his ult applies stun every second for 5 secs, this unit would be really good as a stun machine. Mercenary Scholar - 003 : This unit seems very bland. Def reduction and atk spd is good, but no one is really looking for life gain unless you're the tank, but she would never target the tank so it's pointless. Her ult is just straight damage, but as a support unit she's not going to hit that hard so it seems wasted on her. Unless it applies on-hit effects on every hit (like Trau's with his silence and knockback), then it can be low-key busted. Maybe her revolution and exclusive equipment will make her better. Is 1% really double the rate of previous collab banners? I spent 160k on the first collab and only got G-Rachel to 2-O, spent 108k on 7DS and only got Esconar to 3-B, so your 180k estimate seems high, but hopeful XD.
Yes, the % of the SSR+ is double the one of the previous collabs, so hopefully it won't be too bad. For the units, there could be potential, but the kits alone are not telling the whole story, tomorrow we will see EE and Revolution and we should have a clearer idea.
Agree, i would have prefer seen some yellow/purple unit than 4 red. Also i don't like to see them split on2 banner, even if the rate is better. And i don't know this IP so no gonna lie, i don't give a fuck about it lol. All think consider, i will still pull for them bcz it's an one time chance to get them ( they pretty much confirm that on the dev note and the hide feature for collection if you don't have collab unit ), but yeah, i'm not hype.
First of all the webtoon is awesome. Ppl need to stop the hate. Second I kinda get the red choice, because they are sort of "anti-establishment" like FUG. IMO though they should have split into 2 colors if they were doing 2 banners anyway. 4 more for red really sucks tho since red has gotten so strong recently :(
For most of the people that are complaining it isn't hate, but indignation! TOG is full fantasy while TM is just some human mercenarys with some guns. My opnion is that Netmarble tried to do this collab to atract some public even because TM is at the rank 1 most viewed action manhwa on WebToon. But yeah, TM is a good manhwa :)
New player here, I literally started playing last night, what is a red SSR? How much do you think it would cost to get a collab character? I literally downloaded the game to get 002.
Thanks for the video with Owen! I collected 380 black market tickets and 125k suspension, is it worth spending on any of these banners? I'm f2p and I only have Kaiser and Ren rainbow... I didn't use it on White's banner, if it's a game changer, there would still be time to try.
@thiagocaseiro4178 we cannot say how good these units are going to be yet. White is really strong so he could be worth it if your account is lacking good dps units
Man.. this game is just boring for me now. When was traumerei? His banner was the last that i summoned. Been skipping every character that came out since. Skipping collab too. Hopefully, FH unit will be coming out soon.
